this was the 2nd store I went to to get some donuts, and the first one was a horrendous experience, this store was so much better. they were polite professionals and I got to actually order some donuts

Stopped in here to pick up a dozen donuts for work. It did take a few minutes for my order to come out. But they wanted to be sure we had a hot fresh dozen for my work family. Prices are high but they were worth the price. Drive thru was the only option since dining room was closed. No line at drive thru, I visited on a weekday morning.

Instead of chocolate for Valentine's Day why don't we give donuts!? Lol I like that this location had Heart donuts in 4 colors and different colored fillings for Valentines. On a Saturday afternoon we were in and out and the donuts were still soft and fluffy. The restaurant is very clean and organized, the employees that work there seemed like they care. They were 2 younger gals you could tell were still in high school but were so professional and awesome to order from. My only knock is my large vanilla caramel latte had a lot of foam and my cup was 2/3 full. But, the smile on my kids face made the visit all worthwhile since he loved the Valentine's Donuts!!

I had a coupon for buy one dozen get one free, and didn't want to go to the Krispy Kreme nearest me. Thus, since fate had me near this one, I went for it. The Hot sign was on a few minutes before I got to this location (I checked the app.) It was off by the time I arrived, but the doughnuts weren't completely cooled. I paid with Apple Pay and the employee ringing me up had never rung up a customer using Apple Pay before, so the other employee who had been cleaning paused what she was doing for a moment to help. I was the only customer in the establishment at the time (8:30pm on a week night). Both of the ladies who helped me were nice, and my doughnuts were good!

Don't bother ordering online. I ordered ahead of time with a confirmation and was told my order would be prepared by 8:20. I arrived at 8:30 and stood there in line for 10 minutes by the order pick up area. They checked out multiple orders ahead of mine, all to those ordering in store. One was a 6+ box order. When I asked about my online order the girl rudely said, "We're short we haven't had time for that." I'm sorry what? When I asked to cancel my order she said you can only do that online. You can't. I waited several more minutes thinking they must now be preparing my order knowing I'm there. No. They continued taking large orders from people in the store. I finally explained that I made my order and it should've been ready at 8:20. Regardless of whether it was or not, I need my order ahead of the seven people waiting in line to order right now. Period. Finally after the first girl continued assisting more costumers, including those who came in after I did, the second girl finally asked my name and made up my box. I left the store at 7:55... Thirty five minutes behind my pick-up time and 25 after getting to the store. Unacceptable. I get you're short staffed but that's ridiculous. They were obviously annoyed and didn't understand my frustration at all.

I've recently started frequenting this location to pick up dozens of doughnuts at a time. They've been super nice to me each time. Even today, I stopped by later than usual and ordered 2 dozen glazed doughnuts. They happily offered to run a fresh batch through. The doughnuts came out perfect, and my clients all commented on the doughnuts still being warm when I got there. Thank you!!

pathetic service, short staffed. Don't bother ordering online ahead because they won't have your order and they'll continue preparing orders for in store customers while you wait, thirty minutes past your time.

With no one usually in front of me, it takes at least 15+ minutes to get a dozen donuts and a hot chocolate (when they have either/or in stock). Friendly service for the most part but the slowest in Jtown!
