Honestly, on more times that I can count I have pulled up to the drive through when the hot sign was on to only find out there were no fresh donuts made. The customer service is not good and they are really never doing what they are suppose to be doing. Closes early, no fresh donuts when the hot sign is on. The lady didn’t even know her hot sign was on smh

Went in because the hot light was on. One customer, in the drive through. I'm watching the donuts pour out the machine. And I'm told the hot light just went off, and there are no hots. Only prepacked dozens. All the locations where I'm from have been closed, wonder if that's an indicator.
They always have some excuse why they can’t make fresh donuts I’m going to stop coming to this location

Everytime I go I have to explain that I have a coupon on my app and they treat you like you are stealing their donuts and my app clearly said $12.00 for a dozen original donuts and everytime I order an ice coffee they act like they have never made it before and then over charged me…the ice coffee I got was a caramel mocha iced coffee for a lg was $3.09 and they charged me $4.49 for a medium which I didn’t know til I got home and the girl manager (white) worked 1-4-25 at 9:00AM had an attitude cause they asked me 4 times what I wanted with my drink and I even showed them the picture then accused me of yelling at them and I will never go back cause of they way they treat their customers
