Looked up online to make sure of the hours before traveling from another county. Upon arrival, which was 35 mins prior to posted closing time, the place was shut down! Very disappointing. The deal is was going to redeem was for today only. Dunkin next time, it's right in my county!

I got to kriosy at 9:05 when they closed at 10. I waited at the order station for 5 minutes and the window for 30. The workers were walking past me at the window shaking their heads at me saying no. I saw the donut i wanted and they ignore it even though they had the chance to take my order cause I got there one hour before they closed. Once he gave my my donut after 40 minutes the worker squished it in his hands and then gave it to me. I am disgusted

Wrong hours posted. Something mom and pop shops get right with limited resources.
Honestly, on more times that I can count I have pulled up to the drive through when the hot sign was on to only find out there were no fresh donuts made. The customer service is not good and they are really never doing what they are suppose to be doing. Closes early, no fresh donuts when the hot sign is on. The lady didn’t even know her hot sign was on smh
