Kroger had some of the best Fried Chicken in our town . I am not sure who decided to change the recipe but you need to back . The chicken is horrible !!!!!!!! Please return to the old seasoning !!!!!!

KROGER BRANDENBURG KENTUCKY CALLS THEIRSELVES COUNTRY KROGER. I've lived in Brandenburg for 5 years and this Kroger is making the KROGER name look very bad. This KROGER is stealing money from customers. This KROGER has been over charging on a lot of products and doesn't give a dam if they rip COUNTRY people off. Calling on Attorney General to investigate this KROGER. Essential items that Americans need to survive are higher than any other store or stores. For example zest 8 bar soap $6.99 , milk $3.19 or higher, eggs $1.00 more than other Krogers for many years. Meade county should boycott this KROGER. This Manager knows about gouging people and doesn't care if these people die. Meade county government knows and refuses to stop this theft. I can't wait until Walmart comes to Brandenburg Kentucky. Why does KROGER CORPORATE CONDONE this Kroger to use KROGER name and rip customers off. Poor people lose a lot of money Supporting this local business.

I bought coffee on Wednesday on sale the earliest delivery date was Thursday, which was okay with me. But the new price on Thursday the normal 15 bucks higher is what I had to paySorry I left off that it was a Kroger purchase

I’ve been a frequent shopper at Kroger for over 20 years. I did enjoy the quality. I enjoy the convenience. Recently, a competitor opened off of Terra Crossing Boulevard. Competitor with a much stronger reputation for customer service, and quality of their products. While there, I witnessed two people who claim themselves to be regional directors of your company, Attempting to poach the new hires to come back to their stores. You all should be ashamed and fully embarrassed by this despicable behavior. I hope the press hears about this. I hope the news hears about this. I hope it gets out there on all social media medias available. That is a sleazy underhanded tactic only used by cowards who are afraid because they know they are outmatched in every class. I know me leaving doesn’t matter. You’ve definitely lost me as a customer. But I hope and pray anyone who reads my review, takes it to heart and goes to your competitor and watches as your stores close down more and more in this great state.

My husband and I spend a lot of money shopping at the New Cut Kroger but as of today I think we will shop at Meijer. Last week when we were there, three teenagers were riding through the store on the motorized carts for people that are TRULY handicapped and are in need of them. I witnessed them ride past no less than three employees and not one person said a word to them. In the meantime there was an elderly lady hanging on her cart because she could barely walk, struggling to shop. I was beyond angry.Fast forward to today and there was this fat "Momma" riding along in her cart with her two kids. One riding ANOTHER cart and the other following along whining that it was "their turn" Again not one employee said a word.I don't even finish my shopping I'm so over it and leave.Oh yeah....... Here I am someone that spends over a thousand dollars a month on groceries there and PAYS for them and the wheels lock up on my cart when I'm on the way out the door ?? Yeah security, I'm the one you need to be watching smdh.wwalk because she could walk I was beyond angry.Fast forward to today and there is a fat "

Kroger Pharmacy in Clarksville, IN both stealing off patients plus bilking Medicaid!Nonstop lies & confusion, a month long wait for one prescription written from the emergency room!Will not answer phone or answer then hang up. No drive thru. They deal drugs and use patients as scapegoats.

The Kroger on Richmond Rd. In Lexington KY Has a rude new manager.The store is a mess. The manager yelled at me. I've left messages at the call center and no call backs. No customer service at all and now Krogers is trying to purchase more stores nationwide,sad.

I had BUGS, I mean BUGS GALORE in the Potato Salad I bought. I brought it right back to the store (about an hour after I bought it) to show them! The manager and other employees couldn't believe all the bugs! There were at least two different types of bugs and way to many to count! I was told corporate would call me, still no call from corporate. Wish I could post all the pictures!!

January 30 I was double charged for a delivery. I called the 800 number customer NO service explained to them I was double charged customer no service told me he would put in a request for a refund and it will take 7 to 10 days as today NO REFUND. I called customer no service yesterday asks where my refund customer no service said the refund has been issued and I will have it today no refund has arrived. Should not take 11 days to get a refund. Today I dispute the charge with my bank. It shows that Kroger dose not gave a F-CK about their customer. Kroger case # 54172233
Just tried calling this store 6 different times. Each time it was directed to an actual person I was hung up on. Very unprofessional especially when trying to get ahold of HR.

Charlestown Rd Kroger will not answer the phone, pharmacy is not open, and pharmacy closes early all the time. Other pharmacies cannot call them to transfer prescriptions from them - what are we to do? What a terrible way to do business!!! Cannot get refills on necessary prescriptions.

Midletown Pharmacy needs help now! Line of 25 people waiting over 1 hour to pick up prescriptions is totally unacceptable. Store employees tell me to not complain to the store Manager because he can't do anything. This is the worst customer service store in the Louisville market.
