It's okay
Kudos to Kroger Middletown! Very busy but every check out lane open and shelves stocked. Special shout out to Jamie in the deli. Opened early and helped me figure out how to get what I needed.
best Kroger I've ever been to.
Helpful staff. Great produce and meat selections

can't beat Kroger. with a great selection and staff.
They need to open some manned checkouts for people who actually shop for more than a couple of items
Dear Kroger,
This Kroger is terrible at customer service. I waited and waited in line and then the customer service manager came over and shut off the girls lane while I was next in line. Told me I had to go to another register which would mean going to the end of another long line. She then said she’d check me out at the self register but then wouldn’t bag the items for me.
Shout out to my friendly Kroger peeps!! Stocking as quickly as people can take items, they are doing a great job!! They were friendly, professional, and working as efficiently as ever!!

Preferred place to shop. Favorable produce selection. I've found the scan-while-you-shop scanners easy to use saving time at checkout. Grab your bags as you enter and save packing. Staff were available throughout the store able to coach.
Great staff in all departments and each one goes the extra distance to help their customers. Colonel Michael Roerk
it's a good Kroger, it's huge, nice community, good parking lot.
As a Middletown resident, Kroger in Middletown had been a regular go to for all of my grocery needs. Unfortunately, due to a massive "remodel" it's nearly impossible to find what you're looking for. A trip that used to take me 15 minutes easily takes me double that. They have stopped carrying some of the items that I purchase on a regular basis. They don't seem to keep enough of other items in stock. Seems like a management problem. Been visiting Lucky's market, and Wal-Mart to make up for what I can't seem to get at Kroger. It's becoming a regular question for me... "Can I avoid going to Kroger?"
Great store but just keep in mind they close one set of doors at 8:30. Not 9, not 10, but 8 pm. So don't plan on being able to check out or go out the way you came in if you park near the pharmacy.
