My Germantown Kroger is going down hill fast. Fruit flies on produce, hunting for carts, occasional rude employees, poorly stocked shelves, limited time to access the service desk, manager not available, freezers and refrigerators in need of repair, rancid fresh poultry…need I say more. Present management is not up to par. Germantown Kroger was our neighborhood jewel. It was clean, organized, well stocked and only the freshest foods were on the shelves. Bring back my Kroger.

When you start to put the hand held baskets back at the main entrance with all the other carts, I will update to a 2 star review. I feel like I’m shopping at Aldi when I have to pull a box from produce just to be able to put my groceries in and carry throughout the store. This location also allows employees to get in the face of customers and berate them before closing. You’re open until 10pm, don’t close the doors early, you all know better.Asked for a pound of meat from the deli. It had an on sale price sticker of $9.99 a lbs. Guy behind the counter got it cut and handed over package with an over $14 sticker price. I asked why the price difference and his response was “I can just throw it away if you don’t want it.” I wanted an answer why there was a price difference, not his attitude. This location needs an entire overhaul! It’s gotten so bad that it’s now worth me driving further to other Kroger locations to get better products and service.

It's not yet lunchtime but what's for lunch? I stopped into Kroger and at the deli, got some cheese sliced as well as Boar's Head turkey. Down in the bakery, some fresh bread. Yes, this will do very nicely. The store is tidy and well organized as is typical for the Kroger brand. Perhaps a little more expensive than some but it's a pleasant shopping experience.Self-checkout went smoothly and I was on my way. I found it clean, bright and everything in stock with clearly marked prices.

My jaw dropped when I saw the size of "Large" eggs. Now that I can afford them a little easier I was stunned to see how small they were when I cracked them into a bowl! Two were barely a quarter size. And inconsistent yolk size

No one ever answers the phone in customer service. Customer service is also almost always closed, no one working the counter. You can call and let the phone ring for literally five minutes and no one will answer. It's just ridiculous. It's also usually poorly stocked anymore. There's also usually bad produce out in the produce department. I can't remember the last time they had any good red onions available. They are usually already on their way to being spoiled. Maybe if they actually paid a living wage they could keep enough employees to keep the place properly stocked and the phones answered.

We were racially profiled by the black u scan worker, (older lady) any other color got the special treatment. We were just stared at as if we were going to steal something. Plus she just looked at us as we left, but clearly heard her tell the white guy that left before us to "have a wonderful day" but she was silent as we walked past. Doesn't need to be in customer service because she is no where near friendly, which sucks because I like this store, but probably won't be back anyway soon. Being treated like that in this day and age is unacceptable and not appreciated.

I have literally heard a manager tell a deli worker to clock out and continue working. I cannot willingly spend my money on a place that treats their low paid workers with such disrespect and disdain.I don’t know if that manager is still around, but as a person who lives to paycheck to paycheck, I find it abhorrent both legally and morally. When you don’t make much, 1 hour on the clock is in itself a meal. This corporation is asking for charity from the workers it employs on wages that are not easy to live on.I’d keep going in support of the workers, but the place is overcrowded enough, business is obviously fine, making it even more infuriating.

I don't know who the manager is. But he needs to step up or she does.

Really bad all around. I stopped shopping at Kroger entirely after enough bad experiences, it's worth driving 15+ minutes to Trader Joe's. This location is constantly understaffed, I haven't seen a non-self-check out line open in probably 6 months. One time, I waited over *two hours* for my pickup order, as did many other patrons, while some people pulled up and received their order within 10 minutes. Truly abysmal! Not to mention, nobody was communicating with people that were waiting for their orders - people started screaming in the parking lot. I'm not saying that's appropriate behavior, but I can't say I blame them either. The pharmacy is just as bad, always an extremely long line and slow service. I switched my medications to Walgreens. I would suggest avoiding at all costs!

My pickup up orders have been great so far, the employee Eric even went so far as to drive the car litter they forgot to place in my car to my home! So the staff is great but the app is annoying and is not completely convenient, for example half the time the unavailable items for your order notification comes when I've already arrived at the store, which is such a pain because only then at the last minute do I know what I'm actually going to receive for my order. This needs to be improved ASAP!

Spectrum internet people HASSLING upon entry to the store. Unbelievable! They would not leave me or my mother alone on the way in AND out. This should not be happening when all I want to do is grab some milk. Very pushy, and will not take no for an answer. Kroger - get your ^%# together and BAN SOLICITATION!

My family got a turkey dinner and we expected deli food. The sweet potato casserole was the best I've ever eaten! The stuffing recipe was like a secret family recipe. It was absolutely delicious!! I don't know who prepares these meals but thank you!

It's Friday December 2nd @6:25pm. I needed groceries so I have always and still try to use Kroger.... but NEVER EVER AGAIN! I go inside to get a cart and no carts anywhere. I finally walk out into the parking lot to retrieve a cart. Mind you I'm 62 years old with bad knees and a bad back. Now I start shopping but so many empty shelves but I make do with what I can find. I'm now ready to check out just to find the check out line goes all the way to the back of the store at the meat department. I can't stand this long so all my efforts are for nothing. I find a place up front to leave my cart full of groceries and guess what I find.... several carts full of groceries all pushed to the side. Shame on you all! If I were in upper management for Kroger I would be ashamed! I know you offer the thing where someone will shop for you but I'm old school and want to look for my bargains. Also at 5:30 pm and the service counter isn't even open. This isn't the Kroger I use to shop. Good luck to you but I see a huge failure coming. I know no one will ever read this but that's your loss. Maijer here I come. SMH
