Quick and easy

I was visiting Louisville and went into your store to get some items. Chef Cece was working your cheese counter. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, friendly! I bought some cheeses she suggested, and they were so good. If you need cheese and don't know what to get, see Chef Cece!

This store is horrible– don't shop here. I've been walking here to do my grocery shopping for over a decade. This store was very nice when I first moved to the area, but it has declined to the point where I often prefer to drive to a different Kroger instead dealing with the one across the street. I already stopped filling my prescriptions at the pharmacy years ago due to the poor service.

These days, it's always understaffed, and the store is often a mess. Not long ago, I could smell something rotting in the pet food aisle for almost two weeks. I don't have pets; I never even go into that aisle.

The recent remodel seems to have served no purpose other than making the store significantly more difficult to navigate. They've removed a major walk way that ran perpendicularly through the middle of the aisles, which means you end up having to do almost twice as much walking as you would have before to get the same groceries. They also removed their hand baskets a few years back. That means if you're making a quick trip you're either limited to what you can carry in your arms, or you have to push a full sized cart through the crowded, poorly laid out store. They do have a few mini-carts, but you have to be lucky to get one of those.

Now they've walled off the entire health/beauty department into it's own mini store with a dedicated checkout. Today I tried to buy a stick of deodorant along with my usual groceries. I was told that I had to pay for it there. I'm not going to stand in line and wait behind five people, and then be forced to talk to one of your disinterested employees for the privilege of buying a $1.95 stick of deodorant. Even more so when I can see an empty self-checkout (which I strongly prefer in the first place,) from their line.

This store has held on to my business for the past decade mostly due to the convenience. Apparently, convenience is no longer a service they offer. Go anywhere else to do your grocery shopping, it will almost certainly be better.

it was always bad, but it used to be better. now they have the pharmacy/health items blocked off so you have to checkout early and put them in a paper bag. my latest trip i was approached by two different people asking me for money. this is a very trashy kroger, with long lines, unruly customers, and apathetic staff.

This store needs an overhaul and better management. The store smells like a dumpster. The bathrooms, all of them, forget about it. It’s a brewing ground for infection or disease. ?

The liquor store manager, Donna, takes pride in her job, which shows in the store's cleanliness. She took the time to accommodate me even right after an inventory check of the store.

Bathrooms nasty. Liquor store not open on time. Carts locked up before you leave building. No water refill. Called to talk to manager, nobody answered. When liquor store opened man didn't tell me price or thank me, he was on a personal speaker phone call.

They never have what you want in stock, and even if they do, it's likely to be expired. Nothing better than spending 9$ on beef, only to find you paid for something that's already out of date. They have no clue what stock rotation means here. The store smells like a sewer, and is a dirty mess.

Whatever you need, just make sure you come off-hours or you'll be in there forever.
