Pretty disappointed in the ClickList pickup here. We’ve had several issues, including bagging issues, items out of stock that are really hard to believe are truly out of stock, and substitutions being left out or nothing like the items ordered. But, tonight, opening the trunk to bring in the groceries, hit my last nerve. Pictures included of the LACK of care put into placing the items in bags and in the car.

Every time I order an order or go in, stuff isn’t in stock! Why do you post what’s on sale and you don’t have it?? Won’t return to this store again! I will go out of my way to have a better store! I don’t want to hear it’s bc of the virus bc it happened way before then!

I like this Kroger but with 2/3rds of my household being medically fragile and diet restricted I'm getting tired of seeing this with EVERY chicken order

I don't recommend the pharmacy because they don't know what they're doing. Going to hand me two pills. Without Doing it the proper way. Trying to cover their self for their mistake LOL OMG what happened to Winn-Dixie?

This store used to be the best to shop in the area, and in a few months it’s turned into the worst. The aisles are too narrow, staff they had for years is gone, and if you don’t like checking out a full cart at their tiny checkout stands, be prepared for a very long wait because they’re pared their cashiers down to nothing.

THIS location was the only 24 hour Kroger in the area for years until recently! Now closing 1-5AM. THEIR claim is shoplifters and employee safety! I have Watched security and U scan attendants allow customers shoplift and not scan items or not pay for entire orders. I called the following day and they were not interested in details. I knew this was coming when I stopped by the store after midnight only to find them closed with a sign saying it was due to staffing problems. This happened 5 times in as many month's. Louisville needs competition! I hope this store doesn't go the way of the Highland Applebees. It's always poor management.

Seems the produce quality has gone down, but not the prices. Kroger's latest promo is new low prices. Yea on certain things & way up on non advertised. I used International liquid coffee creamer 'til they dropped fat free. Tried Kroger's & pretty good & was cheaper at $2.49, except many times they had none. Lowered to $1.99, what a deal!! Guess what--price jumped to $2.79 with new lower prices promo!!!!!! Highest price since I've been buying for couple of yrs. This is store at 3039 Breckenridge Lane.

Sure would be nice to have a shopping cart available at the entrance. When I spoke with a manager Ashley wanted to tell me they are waiting on cart parts. I asked why they just didn’t have more lot personnel gathering carts. When we spend over $800.00 a month at the Fern Creek store makes us think about going to Value Market! Kroger your not getting the job done.

This use to be my favorite Kroger. It had an excellent staff that took care of their customers, great product selection and fairly speedy checkouts. After 9 p.m., it is just the opposite with only two self checkouts open and long lines for both. Never again.
