I'm adding a star because despite the 42 remodels of the past decade and never knowing where to go to find anything, Bruce makes shopping here tolerable. They still have the most minimal bakery items of any Kroger in a 20 mile radius. And I wish their customer service desk was functional.
I don't know what is going on with this grocery store, but it gets worse and worse by the week. Because I am a senior citizen and have concerns about COVID, I have been using the curbside pickup option for three months. Over the last several weeks, I've either been overcharged, been given incorrect substitutions or like yesterday, roasted chicken was half roasted; the other half was white. I usually go to this location Kroger or goes avenue one. This is alright and easy to reach but sometimes they have empty shelves especially fresh produce and fruits and bakery items. This Kroger is clean and have helpful staff. They have number of organic food varieties. I think they have employee shortage like other retails stores so check out lines are usually closed just 2-3 open at a time. I would give 5 stars instead of 4 but I'm tired of seeing empty shelves.
