After a stressful day yesterday, with my hands full of banking information, I decided to grab some soda without a cart. Bad move � but 2 young workers helped me carry the cartons and brought me a cart to take it to the car. Thank you Kroger employees for going the extra mile for their customers.

I have to take a second to compliment cashier Paul! It’s all the little things he did, but in the end, it’s all the little stuff that makes for a great or bad experience. He caught my instant coupon on the coffee (that I missed), he found the moldy mandarin in my bag of oranges, and then he even ran back to get the replacement himself. Bonus: he didn’t judge the chocolate to healthy food ratio in my cart.
