The "fresh" produce here is a joke. Also pretty sure they use the pickup function to get ride of their spoiled produce. I cannot wait for Publix to open. This store is a joke.

Deli and Bakery continually screw up orders. No accountability- no management. presence.

Only 8 months to go and we no longer have to endure this pathetic Kroger store. Publix will stomp this store closed within months. Apparently Butchers are no longer allowed to cut steaks. I'm sure their Union wrote that into the handbook. So sad.

Kroger lost me as a fan during the pandemic .. I feel like they took advantage of customers and the situation.. Their prices immediately went up that first week & have continued since .. I have visited other kroger stores in the Louisville area & each one was better than the forest spring Kroger .. FS kroger on Lagrange road .... their produce section is the worst & they never have enough checkouts open .. they even close down the self checkouts way too much .. I've been in there many times when the lines were all the way down the grocery isles.. and I've walked out a few times .. It's not a good place overall ..I now drive out of my way to meijer ..

Best Kroger I have ever been to. All the employees and Friendly, and always available to help. Would definitely recommend this place for your grocery shopping!

Pickup here is the worst from my experience, very short staffed. Two weekends in a row my pickup time was moved to a later time/or next day. They never send subs for approval. I think store is out of workers to be honest. The ones they have are great and helpful, we appreciate them. Please Kroger send help to the Lagrange Rd Kroger

Awesome experience!! The workers that load your car are so friendly and nice. Very unique in today’s world. This time I also received everything on my list. That’s the first time in a long time. Very happy tonight

They claimed that they didn't have enough employees available to open all of their self-check out lanes. They only had two full service lanes open so the lines of people waiting to pay actually ran down the food aisles making it impossible to get to the food on the shelves. They need to have some of the people who are stocking the already full shelves switch over to check out. If you can't man your store it probably shouldn't be open. Hire more people!!I just called to speak with a Kroger employee and I told her I would go to Meijer or Target next time and she said, "Yeah that's where I go." That pretty much says it all.

I recommend BUT also recommend the young lady doing put backs tonight 11/11 around 8pm wear her mask. Not have it dangling off her ear exposing her entire face. You guys have been doing well so remind employees to keep it up.

I was followed, humiliated, accused, degraded, and harassed by the produce manager.

After a stressful day yesterday, with my hands full of banking information, I decided to grab some soda without a cart. Bad move but 2 young workers helped me carry the cartons and brought me a cart to take it to the car. Thank you Kroger employees for going the extra mile for their customers.

Stopped by for a few items. Ripped my hand at the gym, needed Vaseline. Found a pharmacy employee stocking the shelves. She smiled and was happy to help me. She showed me three places where the sell Vaseline- the pharmacy, the baby aisle and in the travel aisle near shaving. Then, I bought some over the counter allergy medicine. I didn't want 24, I wanted 12, but I also wanted them to be the same price per pill. So the pharmacy tech had to ring up both separately to give me a price check. She was kind and very patient to do that. As it turns out, the 24 pick is cheaper per pill so I bought that. In the grocery aisle, I could not find arugula. They were all out. I also could not find organic asparagus. Maybe this item doesn't exist because Trader Joe's doesn't have it either and they were also out of arugula. Weird. Bacon was on sale, so of course I had to get that. Neither one of my Kentucky friends' phone numbers were working at check out. Strange. But instead of signing up, I tried my Arizona friend's number and it worked! We don't have Kroger where I live, so I don't have a shopper card. Overall, super friendly staff members who will go overboard to help you but lacking some items.

Always out of stock on many things including items in produce and dairy. Store is too small for an area that has doubled in population in just the last 3 years. Hope you never have stand in line for the pharmacy as well.
