The level of Disrespect and Racism I experienced at Kroger Pharmacy was beyond disgusting. I literally had just left the dentist having 2 Wisdom teeth pulled, and not to mention had to get stitches afterwards. I was verbally attacked by the Pharmacist “Melanie” and other White Men who were in line to get their prescriptions after I called the pharmacist out for talking about me and the smart comment she made while I was in the drive thru to another employee; not realizing that I was sitting in the waiting area and heard the conversation being discussed about me in a smart elicit manner … I was forced to come in after me telling them I had just got out of surgery and that I was in pain. Moral of the story I just wanted my medicine so that I could beat the pain before it got excruciating, but that didn’t happen. It resulted in me going off on the pharmacist and the 2or3 Men customers who decided to include themselves in the situation. I will never go back to that store/pharmacy Again. Nobody deserves to be treated the way I was today. By the time I got my meds in me I was balling in tears from the pain. Kroger is this acceptable behavior for your employees to have toward BLACK CUSTOMERS??? “MELANIE” (Pharmacy Manager) must be reprimanded for the way she call herself treating me today‼️‼️ ‼️Would the circumstances have been different if I were White ?

This happened to my friends husband: we will not be returning to this Kroger until these racists are met with the proper consequences. They should be fired immediately. Kroger should be 100% intolerant of this behavior.

Yesterday at 5:10pm my brother in law went inside this Kroger to the meat department with his 3 year old daughter and two older white men with gray hair (one had a USA hat on) working refused to serve him because he is Asian. These men need to be fired!

My elderly, disabled mother was shopping at this store tonight and after I picked her up she told me that one of your freezers electrocuted her when she opened it! Immediately her arm started hurting and she had to stand there shaking it. She told the manager and they did absolutely NOTHING for her, not so much as walk her out! What kind of place does that when a disabled woman gets shocked like that by one of your machines!

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Kroger's. ERIN works in the bakery. Erin was so friendly and kind with a lovely smile and wonderful friendly attitude. I hope she helps me again the next time I visit Kroger's amazing bakery. I think Erin and Kroger's bakery department will keep me coming back. This review is strictly for the pharmacy. Worst customer service ever. After being told my Rx was just received and would be ready in an hour, I came back TWO hours later. Same girl as before and when she asked for my name, she mouthed the words "oh crap" and then told me "they just received it and it would be an hour". She obviously knew she had previously spoken to me. I reminded her of our earlier conversation and she snapped back saying "well we're really busy!" I'm sorry you're busy...maybe I can slow things down by taking my prescriptions elsewhere. Also, not the first time I've had issues at this pharmacy. Will never fill a prescription here again.
