The level of Disrespect and Racism I experienced at Kroger Pharmacy was beyond disgusting. I literally had just left the dentist having 2 Wisdom teeth pulled, and not to mention had to get stitches afterwards. I was verbally attacked by the Pharmacist “Melanie” and other White Men who were in line to get their prescriptions after I called the pharmacist out for talking about me and the smart comment she made while I was in the drive thru to another employee; not realizing that I was sitting in the waiting area and heard the conversation being discussed about me in a smart elicit manner … I was forced to come in after me telling them I had just got out of surgery and that I was in pain. Moral of the story I just wanted my medicine so that I could beat the pain before it got excruciating, but that didn’t happen. It resulted in me going off on the pharmacist and the 2or3 Men customers who decided to include themselves in the situation. I will never go back to that store/pharmacy Again. Nobody deserves to be treated the way I was today. By the time I got my meds in me I was balling in tears from the pain. Kroger is this acceptable behavior for your employees to have toward BLACK CUSTOMERS??? “MELANIE” (Pharmacy Manager) must be reprimanded for the way she call herself treating me today‼️‼️ ‼️Would the circumstances have been different if I were White ?

This Kroger has such bad help and customer service. Numerous times I have shopped and they have forgotten to place bags of items That were paid for in your cart. When you call and speak to a " Manager" they state you can come back to get your items. Why the hell would I want to come back? Honestly, I'm not sure who's running this store but they definitely need people who know what their doing and a Manager who can Manage a store. Also, there were no shopping carts today, was told the shopping carts were stolen...WTH. I Will be shopping and taking my business to the Kroger on Hurstbourne. Don't even get me started with the Pharmacy dept.

6:15p on a weekday. People coming home from work and stopping to pick up their RX. One person behind the counter, drive thru closed, 30 minute wait. Come on Kroger RX, you can do better than this!

This is a really good Kroger that I visit frequently when I'm in the area to just shop for groceries or beer or whatever it is I need but they have good service and it's definitely nice on the inside so this is a good Kroger definitely worth going to

This happened to my friends husband: we will not be returning to this Kroger until these racists are met with the proper consequences. They should be fired immediately. Kroger should be 100% intolerant of this behavior.

Yesterday at 5:10pm my brother in law went inside this Kroger to the meat department with his 3 year old daughter and two older white men with gray hair (one had a USA hat on) working refused to serve him because he is Asian. These men need to be fired!

Went tonight to pick up my click it order and this is the second time I had to wait for 45 minutes for someone to bring out my order which by the way was short 5 items plus they overcharged me for my Turkey! Make sure you check your order because there is no customer service at this store!!! I guess the rumor is true that they are closing down!

Stopped in for a quick lunch on the run. Went right for the deli. Was surprised to see so many items marked down! Grabbed a hummus, some naan bread bites, a meat and cheese duo, and derby city chicken salad. There were a ton of healthy options available as well as hot items on the line. The fried chicken looked tasty! At the self checkout, my phone number did not input. The cashier nearby swiped his frequent shopper card for me. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Plenty of parking.

Just stopped by the pharmacy at Kroger at Tyler village . First time there and it will be my last. I am going back to Walgreens even though I have to go out of my way to get there . The employees at Walgreens are so friendly. The dark haired woman with a ponytail at Kroger's drive-thru window was unbelievable rude. No eye contact and used a sharp tone. Truly, if you don't like your job then I suggest you find another. She clearly shouldn't be working with the public. No excuse for that behavior!

My elderly, disabled mother was shopping at this store tonight and after I picked her up she told me that one of your freezers electrocuted her when she opened it! Immediately her arm started hurting and she had to stand there shaking it. She told the manager and they did absolutely NOTHING for her, not so much as walk her out! What kind of place does that when a disabled woman gets shocked like that by one of your machines!
