So... got a 10lb bag of potatoes to make the family dinner... Loaded Mexican potato bowls... All but 3 of the potatoes were rotten. So I called them to make sure they'd replace them. I was told no they would not and I asked if I could get a refund. Said no. Uhhhhhhh. Yeah. That's kind of messed up. But okay. Money and potatoes are in the garbage

This location is like Kroger lite. Very limited selections. No meat or seafood counter. Very little prepared food. They have cartons of sushi. Very scary. Their salsa selection seems to be entirely made up of Tostitos and private selection brands. Good spot to grab a random thing here and there but I'm glad this isn't my main grocery store. I don't even think they carry my beer here.

I went to this store for my Vaccine. Pharmacy staff was very kind and efficient. I then stayed to shop. Very clean and nice wide aisles. Much better than my usual Kroger which is very busy and crowded aisles. I may come back to this one. A nice experience!

I mean, they have groceries and all and I have no complaints about that. But I had to visit the men’s restroom and it appeared someone pissed all over the toilet paper about 3 days ago and they just let it air dry....pretty disgusting...but no worries. I had on my mask.

It's an RA Kroger over here in Buechel it's a little on the smaller side kind a need of renovation in my opinion in comparison to a lot of them that I've been so now it's still a pretty good little place because I got food and I enjoy that so you can't go wrong there so really they just kind of re-invent them a little bit though some updated things throughout the place it'll be fine

It's Kroger! What can I say that you don't already know. Local grocery store - not open 24 hours anymore. Try the private selection maple ham from the deli - BUT you must get it shaved. 1000% makes it taste better. Just be aware staff does not like to shave the meat. Not sure if it requires more ump or what - it's not just here. But it's delicious that way - idk why. Every time I get the store memorized they remodel. I've used the cart pick up a lot more recently. Check out their app they have done a lot of updates coupons and sale items. You can find recipes. Great tool. I've seen security more on the last two visits - I hope they stay on staff. I believed them to be real officers not just hired guards with no weapon or experience.

This Kroger is very convenient because I work close by. So it's easy to stop in here after work to grab some groceries. My job site also uses this place for business purchases. Well several nights I had the worse experience. It was around 6pm which is still early, but dark due to the season. Well I was attacked by a man and woman in the parking lot as I walked to my car with my groceries. They asked if I had money and when I said no, all hell broke out. They became verbally violent and tried to intimidate me to let them in my car and to give them money. I couldn't even get in my car because I was scared to turn my back to them. When their verbal attack didn't work and I stood my ground, they tried a physical attack. I defended myself as best I could against the woman and swung my bag of condensed milk at the man. Finally a good hearted bystander came running to help me before the male overpowered me and police were called. The attackers hurried and jumped in a car and drove away. 5 minutes later the police showed up. I was so shaken up and couldn't believe what just happened. I go to this Kroger all the time. First of all, I know there are crazy people everywhere. But as I was talking to employees and the police that night, apparently this location has been having similar issues lately. If you know there is an increase of this, where is your security to protect your customers outside? You have a security lady inside, but I was told she stays inside next to the door to prevent theft. Your employee told me the parking lot has become an issue for customers. I had no idea because I come here all the time, but I guess you never find out it's happening to others until it happens to you. They told me they look for females or someone alone to intimidate. I really liked going to this Kroger. Karen and Edward are so sweet in the meat department and Lewis in produce goes above and beyond. I will just take a break from this location for a while. I know it's not the stores fault there are crazies out there, but it is a stores fault when they apparently had issues they were aware of and didn't bother to take steps to protect their customers better. I never felt so helpless in my life.
