This place has gone downhill. I think corporate has just given up on it, frankly. I don't even go to this mall very often (less than once a month) but when I do, I try to hit up the KFT. Many months ago they had no strawberry anything: no bubbles, no flavoring, nada. And as of a week ago they still didn't have any of that. So very slow. Young lady taking order was sweet but staff behind the counter kept walking away and after the order was placed took 45 minutes to get 1 regular milk Boba (after being out of items for the first 2 picks).

I recently tried the Honey Oolong Milk Tea at Kung Fu Tea, and it was a delicious experience. Despite a longer wait time, the wait was undoubtedly worth it for the exceptional taste of the tea.
