Well I love the chorizo queso sometimes the chips are stale but not all of them. I add onions and cilantro 🌿 to the queso. Sometimes I might get a taco and add the insides to the queso. The cheese it’s self is soooo good.

I went to La Pinata on a whim due to my original idea being closed. Now I feel I have discovered my favorite restaurant in Louisville. The food was absolutely delicious! I was very impressed with the menu options and glad to have it not be one of the "chain restaurant" style food but authentic and full of flavor. Absolutely. Amazing. We are visiting and renting out an Airbnb down the road, we initially drove to another Mexican restaurant close by but there was absolutely zero parking (not because they were busy, just because there wasn't anywhere to park!) and so we just came back to our rental and walked to this one.
