This place used to be so great, a good balance between a decent meal and a fair price. But now they increased all the prices, they tried to charge extra for credit cards, and they don’t give you a receipt with your order so you don’t know what were the exact charges, and every time it feel they are overcharging, and that only seems very fishy and not fair. So many Mexican restaurants that are a better deal than this one.

March 1st 2024 the waitress with the mole. Was extremely rude to me. She would not smile. Or ask me what I needed. She assumed I didn't speak spanish. So instantly the insults begin. I tried my best to be kind to her. Even thinking her in spanish. Having overheard me speaking spanish with the women I was having breakfast with. I will never be back. The food was bland no taste whatsoever. And she charged me for the wrong dinner. Assuming because I refused to tip. In fact , the only time she spoke was when she pointed out where to tip at on the little screen. That's something I'll be taking care of with my bank and the owner of the restaurant.

Delicious food and excellent service. We ate chips & salsa, a quesadilla, and migas. There is tons of variety, breakfast menu, a lunch menu, and a kids menu that came with crayons to keep my little guy busy. I'd like to come back when evening and check out the bar. Everything was fresh and fantastic--it made me feel like I was back in Texas.Parking: There is a lot behind the restaurant with lots of parking, and there are options on the surrounding streets, both metered and notKid-friendliness: I asked, sit down restaurants go, this is kid friendly. The kids' menu comes with crayons, and there are multiple kids meal options. The kids cup comes with a lid and straw.Wheelchair accessibility: There is ample parking and no significant steps up or down into the building if you enter from the back (parking off of Douglass)

Here’s the thing. Why would I pay for chips and salsa when I can go to pretty much any other Latin restaurant and get them for free? The food was good but not the best I’ve had in Louisville. The waitress took her sweet time to show up at our table and she was not helpful at all when we asked her questions about the food. Overall, it was a meh experience and we won’t go back.

This place was great! We met friends for brunch on a weekday morning during the holidays. I got a breakfast taco and fried plantains, and my wife got a breakfast burrito. Everything on the menu sounded good, so it was hard to choose! Very tasty and reasonable prices. It was a nice, big space, and they had additional seating out back. Will definitely come back the next time we’re in Louisville!
