The "Wonderful Chicken" wasn't.Skimpy portions for lunch.Even the fortune cookies were stale.The Richland avenue location is definitely better than the Middletown spot.

The man who was working there all by himself was very nice.However, the exterior and the interior of the place was very run down. We saw a cockroach, enough said.I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Says online they are open until 11pm on Saturdays. Well, it’s Saturday and I tried calling multiple times at 10, 10:15, 10:30 and then decided to just get in my car and drive the 3 minutes from my house to the restaurant. When I pulled up, an employee was sitting outside smoking a cigarette, saw me parking in my car and ran inside real quick. Tried calling again since I knew someone was in there and they were supposed to be open, again no answer. Best way to lose customers: ignore them. Lol what a joke.

Don’t let the outer appearance keep you from trying the food. We have only done carry out so I can’t comment on a dining experience but we have never been disappointed in the food. It is always hot and delicious when we get it home.Today we had the crispy shrimp in lettuce appetizer——- excellent! Hot and our soup as well as Tom Yum soup are always perfect!Today we also got the String beans with pork and shrimp as well as the vermicelli bowl with chicken. Again, excellent choices.The food is amazing. Give it a try!

At first site I was skeptical based on appearances outside and inside. We should have trusted our gut. But based on reviews we gave it a try.Only one person was working! He approached the table, was cordial and took our order. The egg drop soup was tasty! I ordered shrimp with vegetables and my friend ordered something similar. He brought out the food. IT was COLD!!! I tried the shrimp and is was Luke warm. I tried the peppers and they were cold. How in the heck could both mine and my friends food both be cold.I tried, but I will NOT return. We canceled our order and left. Dissatisfied and Disappointed!!!

Paid more for half the food. Very disappointed.

Don't let appearances deceive you, this place does Vietnamese Pho 100% justice. They're fast and consistent. The food will not disappoint. 4* only for the appearance, but 5* in my heart and soul.

PLEASE AVOID. I feel like I should call the health department. The place was filthy. Not just untidy or “we are short staffed”. It should be closed and sanitized. Our waiter looked homeless. His clothes were so dirty that the seat of his jeans were black and his hands looked as if he just finished changing the oil in his car. Diners beware!

My wife and I placed an order through Grubhub for delivery. My dish include shrimp spring rolls and shrimp in the main dish. Because I'm allergic to shrimp, I requested no shrimp in the main dish and the spring rolls on rhe side. My main dish included shrimp so I was left without a meal. The store could only recommend that I come and pick up a new order which defeats the purpose of using Grubhub for delivery.

Don't waste your time. The food is awful. There are plenty of better places in town to eat.

Food and staff are wonderful. You can always get a table. Their liquor license expired though, so no wine or beer.

The food was subpar. There are better coffee shop cafes out there. Don’t waste your time exploring this one.

We order the beef vermicelli noodles with spring rolls and it was delish. The pho meatballs and beef had a flavor taste as well.

Don't let the building discourage you from trying this place. I order take out often and it is always delicious. Love the spring rolls, satay, and pho! Highly recommend!
