I enjoy little Caesars I just don’t think this location cares about the quality. I mistakenly assumed them to be closed at 11 but they closed at 10. I came and placed an order 9:43 and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I don’t expect the best but at least what’s supposed to be. This is a rolled piece of dough with a few pieces of cheese and bacon on top. When I went back because they were already closed by the time I had seen my order I came the next day and I do understand the policy but I asked for a refund or a remake and I get the one that’s been sitting by the counter.. so I didn’t get either the cheese isn’t even melted on the inside. By far one of the worst times I’ve ordered. I definitely will not come again and do not recommend this location.

My order went in the oven at 5:02pm. It is now 5:38pm and I am still waiting. The girl who works the register has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The man boxing and preparing the pizzas had a stack of about 8 pizzas chilling on the counter top for about 10 minutes, meanwhile all the people picking up said pizzas were waiting in the lobby, for god knows how long. This place is utter garbage. Do better.

Super delicious pizzas here, but slow service. I placed an order at 12:04 to pick up at 12:30 and when I arrived it was still not in the oven despite the store being empty.

This place has fallen apart slowly. They used to have pretty good pizza, now lately. The pizza is not even cut or cooked right. It’s getting worse and worse. I did not ever expect much from Little Caesars but this is ridiculous.

Trust all the other reviews. This store is garbage. Every time I try to give them another chance I have the same experience. It takes at least half hour longer than the window given when you order and then the food is sloppy at best. I’ve had it completely burnt and I mean black all over, mind blowing it made it in the box and to the portal. I’ve had it not sliced at all, completely wrong order... Have never had a solid experience here.

I called and placed an order at 2:46 and was told that it would be ready in 10 minutes and I got there and at 3:06 they couldn't locate my order and nonchalantly offering to make it then isn't fixing the problem or de-escalating the situation. When an order is called in and it's expected to be ready in 10 minutes and that's not done you could at least offer something else if you're going to make excuses for someone not putting in the order and sitting in the back. the whole point of little Caesars hot and ready is to be hot and ready, and then having it called in before hand, knowing how long you all have started to take and then it not being done is frustrating.

Edited 1/10 I called an order and it was Friday when I got there however I asked for light cheese and even the sticker on the side didn't mention like cheese just to check mark's by the cheese and buy the pepperoni and it had a lot of cheese on there so I'm disappointed that they cannot follow directions and just simply not put as much on there which would save them. It isn't worth me paying for it when I'm not getting what I ordered.

Went in 4:45p on a Wednesday for a Hot-n-Ready. Took about 5-6 minutes to get anyone to acknowledge I was at the counter. They didn’t have any pizzas ready…I could wait 10-15 minutes. (Defeating the purpose). Have no idea if their pizza is good or not (I assume average), but I won’t waste my time again.

Pre-ordered 5 crazy bread. Waited 10 minutes after email said it was ready. No one created me or the 6 people who walked in behind me. No sauce so had to ask and wait longer. Bread was raw and rolled in a ball and sauce was ice cold. No flavor, no cheese, no garlic. $23 down the drain and no one to complain to since no one speaks English. Will not be back. Should have paid with credit card so I could dispute. Disgusting.

Pre-ordered in the morning. Nothing ready at pickup time. No one appears to speak English or make eye contact. Go elsewhere is my advice. Chaos inside.

Always a 20+ additional wait even when order online. Food is rarely correct and my last order the pizza was cold and received the wrong breadsticks.

To deliver an order of crazy puffs with the place empty it took 30 minutes and the workers in the kitchen joking and wasting time.

Ordered lots of pizza for a party well ahead of time. I get it if pizza bought in large quantity isn’t the best prepared but this was abysmal. The crust was undercooked, the sauce was way too thick in patches and nonexistent in others, the cheese was only partially melted and fell right off the pizza, and it was just generally a mess. I would rather they take a little more time to make the pizza to ensure better quality.
