I just wanna give a big kudos to the beautiful, friendly, well mannered and extremely professional young lady that was working the front counter this evening at the Valley station Dixie hwy location on 12/19/2024 around 5pm!! She may be the manager and if I heard correctly her name is Christina but I could be wrong about the name, However, She was extremely polite and very professional, my pizzas were done and in my hand super fast and they were hot and cooked exactly how I requested. Light sauce and well done. Perfect customer service, fantastic experience thanks to the pre mentioned young lady and my food tastes amazing!!!😄😄😄😄 Thank you for the fantastic service!! That young lady should be a manager or higher if she isn't already!!

Put simply there is plenty of parking, yet every 3rd person walking in the door parks in the middle of the road causing so much congestion at this location. I refuse to give this franchise any business due to the fact it doesn't do anything about it.

There is nothing deep dish about their deep dish pizza anymore. The deep dish that they sold me was the same thickness as a regular pizza And when I spoke to the manager, she told me that is the size they’ve always been. I told her they do not have deep dish anymore. Now they just have square and round pizzas. Very disappointed, paying more getting less
