I ordered our food for delivery at 4:35 PM. I had my order in my hands by 5 PM. My pizza was hot. My crazy bread was also hot. My Italian cheese bread was so not. It was cold and hard. I called the store to explain the situation. The "manager" got on the phone never once stating her name. As soon as she heard the ICB was cold she immediately blamed our driver and started speaking over me. I understand stuff happens. I would have taken it up myself and traded it out. She hung up on me when I had to finally raise my voice to get her to be quiet and try to explain how it is a store problem not a delivery problem. Completely unprofessional. I have reported her to corporate. What I didn't tell her is that I spent the day at immediate care with a respiratory tract infection. I was there also with my 80 yr old grandmother who ended up being diagnosed with pneumonia. Then the persons food that was cold and hard is just as sick as the rest of us but is trying not to die from it because of his underlying medical disorder. I was still willing to come back out of the house as sick as I am to make sure my husband got to eat something he felt he could handle. Take some accountability. Don't blame the poor defenseless delivery driver bc I'm positive she didn't drive holding it out the windows so only that part of the order was cold.

I called in an order of 10 pizzas and 4 crazy breads about an hour and a half before needing them. We set a time for pickup and it was ready when we returned. Thank you for the promptness and the delicious pizzas!

Ordered a pizza on Sunday (12/8/24) and it was the best LC pizza I’ve ever eaten. The pizza was hot, toppings evenly distributed, and the crust was a good consistency. Even the crust on the ends was soft even after reheating. I’ll definitely come back.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic parmasean chicken wings, I was ask to pull forward the chicken would be ready in a couple minutes, I waited 35 minutes only to get cold pizza and cold wings.

The food was delicious, I love their pizza, it's the best but I don't recommend going if you're in a hurry, it takes a while for them to give you the food, but it's super delicious, the atmosphere is quiet, but it takes a while.

Been going here for over a decade now and this has always been my favorite pizza place and this is the best little Caesar’s in the city of Louisville to me. Employees are great people and super friendly. This is my go to spot for a cheap place to eat.

In drive through I was told to pull up so they could make my cheesy bread, well 20 minutes later a phone call later I got my order. Well I stated to the guy before he walked in that my pizza box felt went and he closed the door as if he didn’t hear me and we got home to cold pizza and warm bread. Wouldn’t recommend this location, that was poor service and the guy stated on the phone I was in the bathroom and I’ll check on it. Worst service from a little service I’ve experienced this far.
