The food itself is okay, but I asked for a lot of ketchup and she gave me like five packs for the two of us both needing it, I had to go back up and ask for more and she gave me like three more. They're very stingy with the things that you need and I even explained that I put one pack of ketchup on each one of my burgers, and I also have fries.

What an incredible experience! On July 10th, just before they were about to close, a younger gentleman, whom I assumed was the manager of the Hike's Lane location, prepared my son and I a picture perfect pizza and delivered exceptional customer service. This gentleman deserves a raise,
and should be training store leaders on how he owns the customer experience that you undoubtedly hope to get from your team members. I wish I would have got his name so that I could...

Pizza was supposed to be $6.99
I asked for sauce all the way to the edge. He charged me couple dollars extra for the sauce, then didn't put it on! We were tired and hungry from traveling, so we just paid it. Pizza was tasty.
