Was seated at 8:45, first, the drink order was a struggle session, ( said they don't sell a lot of alcohol, which isn't what they're supposed to do, push for a higher bill better tip?)We placed an order at 9:12 and got our food at 950 before closing at 10:00. There were 3 other tables in the whole restaurant! The manager was barely helpful, he discounted the meal, but was that realy enough? I can tell you the absolute worst experience,!!!!

Second time we've been here, the first time was excellent. This last time not so much. The waitress was training 2 others and that's fine but they rarely came to check on us, by the time our food came out you could tell it was sitting for a while. We watched other customers get their that has came in to sit well after we did. We didn't complain and ate and I even left a tip. Just a meh experience this last time

Ordered through Postmates last night. Number of things wrong. This is wrong.1. Onion rings. Multiple onion slices in one ring. Also a long hair attached to one of the onion rings...Yuck!2. Regular fries instead of waffle fries that were what was ordered.3. no butter, sour cream for baked potato.4. no blue cheese dressing for chicken tenders

Christmas Eve, greeters were less than excited to have more customers arriving so near to their early closing time. After a 20-minute wait, we were seated and served fairly well. The food was OK; some menu items were unavailable; service was decent.

This place always has parking and I should have known something wasn't quite right. I've been twice and the things to complain about range from hostesses seating at broken tables to slow service. It takes so long to be waited on once you get to the table. The food was seemingly okay if you keep in mind that sometimes it may be cooked all the way and sometimes they add things you say you don't want. The last time I went I decided not to ever go back to this location. We sat at the table for 45 minutes after ordering, waiting on food. The appetizer never arrived. The waitress said the kitchen was backed up and she nor the kitchen knew how long the wait would be before we got the food. The only reason we even got that information was because we stopped her to ask. The patrons are quiet but the staff just seems like they don't want to be there or like we are bothering them.

Took about 30 minutes to get our soup. Soup finally came out. We starred on the soup and literally our plates came out two minutes later...couldn't really enjoy the soup. The only thing that was hot was the steaks everything else was cold. I said fook it and took the rest home.. I really doubt I'll be coming back to this spot.

We had a very delightful experience, the food was excellent! We are from out of town for my sister-in-law‘s funeral. I can’t say enough good things about our server Nevada. She was delightful and cheerful. She knew her her product, very professional. She is a tremendous asset for you.

They were out of quite a bit of food. The server was new, and he dropped some of my food on the table. The potato soup was more like onion soup. The steaks weren't cooked right and were way too chewy. We were pressured about paying the check by the server. It took more than 30 minutes to get the food even though there were only 2 tables of customers. Definitely won't go back or recommend!

We went there tonight knowing it would be a little busy due to Veterans Day but tonight was the exception to the rule. We waited to get in which we expected and was ok with but once we ordered food waiting about 90 minutes was a bit long and when we finally recieved the food, it was cold. The gravy had a dried film on top of it . Never once got a single refill or was ever asked. WORST service ever. Not sure we will ever return.

Perhaps we caught them on a bad night. It was a Monday evening and the place was hardly crowded. Perhaps I just needed to speak up louder to be heard by our waitress? Anyway, my chicken sandwich was brought out grilled instead of fried the way I'd requested. She seemed a little put out when I sent it back. The manager came over to see what was wrong with the food. (kudos by the way) and I told him they wasn't anything wrong with it, I simply wanted fried instead of grilled. They proceeded to make the correct item for me. Granted it was a very thick chicken breast, however when I cut the sandwich in half, it was not completely done in the middle. I was saddened by this because I was really hungry and the other people at the table were finished eating by this point. I ate around the edges of the sandwich and the manager didn't charge me for it. That was very good customer service on his part.

Went to enjoy my sister's birthday we arrived at 5 and did not get served out food until after 7, we weren't told until 20 mins before the food came out that they were short of staff. All the food came out cold & had to be reheated. My sister's birthday was COMPLETELY ruined.The manger was nice he didn't do anything to make things right from our disappointment for the horrible service. Never want to come here EVER AGAIN!!! &also i got home stomach was cramping & had to use the bathroom repeatedly the food just made my stomach hurt the entire time.

I will never eat there again. Service sucked. We asked for certain things we got generic of what we asked for.. it took over an hour to get our food when we got it we got the wrong food and it was very nasty...

Year 2020: Decent food decent price. No long waits . None of the menu has made me wanna order it again so far. It’s not unpleasant I just haven’t ate anything and said it’s delicious . I recommend this place if u want a quick dining experience Update 2022: 3.5/5. Firstly I must say the sweet tea was delicious and sweet. Most places I try it tastes like tea with a sprinkle of sugar but somebody made that batch with love. There was no wait on a Saturday . The food was decent but not delicious honestly . She got the rib eye and and I got the New York strip. Both were thin and could’ve used a better sear and season in my opinion. The sides were decent and better than they use to be. They’re worth a visit if you don’t want to wait long to grab a bite to eat. The tea and ribs were my favorite

If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. I went to Logan's on Oct. 19th to celebrate 3 family members' birthdays. My son, my granddaughter, and my cousin. I CALLED ahead of time at 1 pm and informed them that I was expecting 15 people for the dinner. I was told they could accommodate us and she thanked me for calling ahead so could be prepared. I arrived at 6pm. We were seated immediately. When I first arrived, there were only 5 of us. However, I went ahead and ordered appetizers and drinks. As we sat and waited for the appetizers and drinks, more family showed up. The appetizers and drinks finally showed up at around 6:45. At this time, there were 10 of us present. I ORDERED FIRST. And then our waitress went around and obtained the other orders. Right after that, our last 2 family members showed up. They ordered their food as well. AT 7:30pm, we did not have our food. For about 5 of us, they were still waiting on drinks. Two of us then went out to speak with the staff/manager. As I was waiting, another couple arrived and stated she wanted to see the manager. She reported they had been waiting for 45 minutes and they didn't have any food or drinks either. I looked at her and said ma'am, we've been waiting for 1 1/2 hours. She said, OH NO! Honey! Let's go. She and her husband left. I was then told our food was next to come out and would be about 5 more minutes. So finally about 7:50pm, the food did finally start to come out. One or two at a time.... it was 8:30 before all the meals had been served. On one plate, the food was so hard and burnt, she sent it back, the two kids who were present, their food was cold, but they were so hungry, they ate it anyway. Another cousin, her food was cold and she sent it back. And although I ordered my food first, I received my plate last. My son and cousin wanted to order dessert, and they kept being told that it was frozen. That was it, they just kept saying it was frozen. So I finally told my son to stop asking because it looked as if they were not going to get the dessert for him. Two managers did come talk to us. We noted that there appeared to be many to-go orders or door dash orders and I said, if you can't handle both services, then one of them needs to go. I explained how thoroughly disappointed I was in the service and detailed the night. The male manager gave us a 25% discount and said the employees were not well-trained. I said, I understand being untrained, but it's 2 1/2 hours later, that is ridiculous. We finally got the receipts at around 9pm. The receipts were wrong. People were charged for things that we did not order. So that took another 30 minutes for them to sort that out. We were finally able to leave the restaurant at around 9:30pm. When I said absolutely horrible service, absolutely horrible and I don't know that I will ever eat at another Logan's restaurant regardless of location.
