So I had an issue with my delivery order (not by the restaurant but by uber) The uber driver picked up my order and never delivered it to me (he stole my food) & uber said that there was nothing they was able to do for me because I did not order through them I order through Logan’s website. So this kind young man name TJ kindly took care of me and my husband and went out his way to resolve the issue. That man is wonderful and saved my hunger. lol Hust want to say the customer service is upstanding there and very professional & understanding as well.

This restaurant is starting to suck. You go to Logan's for the rolls just like you might go to a Mexican restaurant for chips and salsa. I never got the rolls. I dined by myself, didn't need 4-5, maybe 2. Other tables got them. Not sure why and overall the food is not good anymore either. Small sandwich, not made how I asked and fries cold. I get an hour for lunch, and with how long it took for the food and the bill to get out of there, I feel like it was a waste of my time. I think I'm done with Logan's. 2 stars because the old lady hostess is a sweetheart and they give you a to-go refill.

Wonderful experience today! Our food was delicious, served hot and quick, and the restaurant always has a good atmosphere. Our waitress was awesome! Janna really made sure our visit was top tier and she went above and beyond to make a birthday visit special. 10/10 visit!

My experience at Logan’s Roadhouse was an absolute disaster. The service was glacially slow, the bartender couldn’t care less, and the kitchen couldn’t manage a simple order. The steaks were a joke—comically mismatched in size—and the so-called premium sides were cold, low-quality, and clearly straight from a box. Meanwhile, a bunch of employees stood around goofing off while management was MIA, even on a Friday night with hardly any customers. This place is a complete waste of time and money. Avoid it at all costs!

Always a pleasant experience dining here. We always ask to sit in DUSTY’S section. She makes us laugh and is very attentive. The steak called “The Logan” is superb. And their baked potatoes are sooo good too and their rolls…. Yum
Amazing service. employees friendly all around great atmosphere recommend to anyone for a quick lunch or a laid back dinner

I wish I could rate higher, however, I just cant seem to get there, with this facility. It had been years since I'd visited this specific Logans, and I returned only to be slightly disappointed.
I wasnt impressed with my Steakhouse Salad. I didn't like the lettuce, I felt that the spring mix was just too... leafy or sprouty. I got mostly the bits I dont like, I guess is what I'm saying. Which, fine. We'll leave that lay. How can I be so specific, with lettuce, right. The steak seemed to have been cooked correctly however, it felt that maybe my plate had been under the warmer too long. And the steak got warmer, cooked within itself. And then it wasn't the desired temp. I also wasn't fond of the ranch.
I will say, my server was training, so I didn't make a fuss. Life is hectic enough without someone breathing down your neck over the errors in their order, right. My child was present and enjoyed the chicken tenders and the rolls. And well, that's all I care about, really.

Went back today 4/15/2025 and tried the cedar plank salmon, it rivals seafood restaurants on the coast, my new fave...thank you for the great service Patti...
