Came in with my Fiancee and my 5yr old son at 1:20pm Today. Was seated immediately with the resturant about 1/3 full. Sat with my Family over 30mins without a single member of the service staff even acknowledging our existence. Not sure the reason for this occurrence. My family watched as tables around us were brought rolls, drinks and food meanwhile we hadn't even met our server or had any interaction past being sat by the Hostess.

I used to love their ribs, and their mac and cheese is good. The problem is the ribs taste completely different & the workers said nothing was changed. The ribs are so expensive, just to not be as good as it used to.

My husband and I stopped in for a date night out without our kids and never saw our waitress. We sat at a table and stared at our menus for over 30 minutes before we decided to just leave. I will never go here again

Had not been in a while, really looked forward to it. Got seated and started seeing ants. Asked for a new table. Felt rushed to order. Food delivered by other than waitress (not unusual) but did not see her again. Drinks ran out. Could not get ranch. Asked server in another area for drinks. Dropped at table without a word of do you need anything else. Had enough, time to go. Found somebody else to get us check and boxes. Given a whole 10 percent discount of $4 off. Did notice our server had 5-6 tables, next area had1-2.

On this visit, I was less than pleased with the overly-greasy country-fried steak (also hard to chew), paltry portion of French fries (I counted 9), and only a smattering of gravy on the steak and dollop of mediocre mashed potatoes. The total bill for such an underwhelming experience was also shocking. I will likely not return.

Good food, good service. We sat the bar, there was 5 of us. Bartender was very attentive even though she was busy. The food was very good. We had the Fried pickles and chips and queso for apps. I had the buttermilk chicken with sweet potato and green beans. Limited draft beer selection, but we managed.

Food was great service was better. i just didn’t enjoy eating my carry out ribs and salad with my bare hands. no silver wear or napkins :) thanks for the extra rolls!

Me and my girlfriend came here to eat. The service was friendly but the food almost got her sick. She ordered a steak (well done) and a ceasar salad. The steak wasn't well done the first time and she never got her ceasar salad. She asked them to refire it and cook it right they gave it to her to go. When we got to our hotel room, she started eating it and it was still pink and had a white stringy parasite in it. When I called to complain, the woman said it was string cheese, then said it was a vein. I've seen veins from meat and that wasn't a damn vein. On top of that, the customerrs next to us got their food and was piping hot while ours wasn't. Never coming back. I would recommend NOT eating here unless you want food poisoning.

Took my 10 year old Logan here for dinner and we loved it. The service was AMAZING! The food was even better. The chicken appetizer was the best we’ve ever had. My son had the steak and it was cooked to perfection. The Mac n cheese was good and the salmon and shrimp dish was good. We will definitely be returning in the near future. Our server Asia was incredible and attentive. She gave great suggestions as it was our first time and she was delightful.

Was told order would be ready in 30 to 35 minutes. I was there over an hour and 15 minutes. We really love their appetizer Mushrooms, we ordered them, I asked to be sure everything was included, got home, no 'shrooms. The steak was really lacking in taste as well. Not pleased with tonight's meal.

I have to wait for an hour when finally they take me to my table I place my order 3 more customer walk in like 5 mins after me and 2 more 10 mins later these people get they food before me I'm sitting on the table just with my water 45 mins later I asked the waitress what's going on with my food like always her answer was I'm sorry finally I get my food I asked why one of my items doesn't look like the ones in the picture her answer was sorry we run out of some vegetables this morning. after I left like an hour later my three years old daughter get sick because the food she eat there
