Fast fresh seafood right in the heart of downtown louisville. Staff is friendly and its a cozy little building. My husband and i spent $10 on a meal that was big enough for both of us to get full. Would recommend to anyone in a hurry

Food was hot and freshbut I suggest going inside and not at the drive-through at the drive-thru for at least 15 minutes ridiculous slowest service ever I'll probably go on next time or maybe try another Long John silver's for real he's that was a ridiculously long wait the only thing good was the food I'll probably go back for the food but I'll probably going next time I mean there was only one person in front of me and I still had to wait 15 minutes

I was the only one in line from the drive thru. The lobby wasn't busy cause they were cleaning up when I pulled to the window. Even with all this time, it still took them 25 minutes to make a rice bowl with shrimp. Then, because I sat so long and waited for my food, I ordered a drink at the window. They still charged me for the drink and got it wrong. Will never go back this Long John Silvers.

Terrible. Out of just about everything. After my fourth drink of choice was out, I settled on water. Out of condements. Ordered 12 pieces of fish and asked for extra tarter. Got 2 total so 4 out of 6 people didn't get any. Fries were inedible. Surprisingly the sweet chili salmon taco, while looked unappealing was actually pretty good.

The oil was old, the temp of the friers was to high because the batter close to the fish/shrimp was raw and the food looked burnt. The place was filthy.
Very nice people... And super fast service... Even Jimmy John's can't beat their service... Food was tasty.. will go back.

So... I show up with a coupon, and am told that they didn't know how to ring up a coupon... So they discount my meal, just to still over charge me. Then made me wait 20 minutes for my food. I will be contacting corporate. This was beyond humiliating.
