Never get Cook to Order food after I ask them to cook it to order

Tonight we Door-dashed Cheesecake. One piece was out of date with a busted container on the bottom. The other two were from the future today is 12/13/25 and they was prepared 12/15/25 and ready for sale on 12/16. The store in Beckley WV is always messing up something. Got food poison around a year ago from there. Figured I would order cheesecake tonight first time I used the store since the food poisoning. Never again the Beckley store is new and nice but management sucks if they can’t do the right things.
Fayetteville store is great. Beckley is horrid though. Look at my Google review there are pictures there. I done it on the Long John Silvers Beckley WV Google page.

Tried going yesterday after leaving the funeral home. Everyone just looked at us. One worker said something. They just kept staring. So we left. I guess because we was white we didn't get waited on. I may try another time.

My fish was so so salty and hard the crew on 11/10/25 1230pm needs to be more professional and stop doing food any kind of way . They need to be frie they make long John silver's I will not ever go back and I'm going to tell family to friends an more. So so unprofessional

I could not find the Fern Creek Long John Silvers online. When ordering, I asked for extra Tarter Sauce & they repeated it like 4 times as it they had never heard of it. No extra crumbles. No fork or spoon included with which to eat the slaw & no napkins. Very poor service & they were not even busy.
Customer service was terrible. damn near made me cancel my order but I was not feeling well and already prepaid

The service was great the customer interaction was phenomenal, me and my brother enjoyed each “chef pemmon “ he turned me on to the Baja sauce and crab cakes and now them is my go to . I will be returning to the restaurant again just to get a welcoming vibe && fresh crab cake again
