The service was slow, the lobby floor was greasy. The waffle fries was horrible dry and hard. Need to go back to regular fries. The young lady who took the order was pleasant and polite. Be sure to check your orders before leaving items where missing from our item a cod meal and 2 red velvet cheesecakes. We got them after checking our order before leaving and bringing missing items to their attention.

I understand that the fish is made in a fryer but the fish I got was extremely greasy to the point it was dripping from it and the chicken was hard and uneatable the hush puppies were good tho not sure if I'll be going back any time soon

Waited in the drive thru. Person started to take my order. They interrupted my order and told me to “hang on”. I waited in line for over 10 minutes in silence. Just for them to tell me they were closed due to short staff. A month ago I tried this location and they told Me they only take delivery orders. Very disappointed by the service. I wish they would have told me from the beginning and did not waste my time and gas.

I love LJS but this is a hard location to pull in and drive thru is hard to navigate (it's a ramp) but it's the only one near my house. Workers are friendly and doing the best they can short staffed. Love the fish tacos and prices are great - coupons help too. I wish they would open a location in Valley Station on Dixie Hwy. They had one but it was bought by car dealer next door.
