This location is going through an update. Usually, they are right on top of everything. However, this time we were shorted a whole chicken Quesadilla for my child who was less than thrilled.Make sure to check your order before you leave.

Drove to order LJS and they no longer serve LJS. It would be nice to know ahead of time.
Ordered some fish and shrimp meals and the food was horribly cold and dry. This kind of food becomes totally inedible that way. So disappointing because I absolutely love it when it is fresh.

The problem is higher prices, but the same or less quality of food. When you pay extra meat and cheese for your food and you get the same amount as a regular. Wish they would make food the right way and ask themselves, would I make this way for me or my family/friends?

Wish there were more around than just a couple, makes it hard to get to one that isn't busy AF, but great food here always hot
Long Johns is closed more than they’re open. Should just take the signs down. The Taco Bell part is good tho
The bathrooms was dirty, the tables was dirty, looked short handed but not sure.The fish and fries was good and the staff was friendly but they definitely needed a lobby person to keep the tables and bathrooms clean.

Stopped in to fix my long John's craving g only to be told they weren't cooking long John's. And by the looks of the reviews they just need to go ahead and shut this place down. Lobby was empty and almost all the tables were dirty. You ve been warned
Went on for fish at Long John Silvers but were informed that they were only serving Taco Bell. Left without purchasing anything. This was not the first time this has happened.
went to attempt to order a family meal from LJS. was told “we can’t do that” um…. what? it’s 8pm on a saturday night. prime time business hours… believe me i know as i’m in restaurant management myself. probably why there are closing locations all over louisville.
Fish was NOT hot .. just barely warm and fries the same. Hush puppies were over cooked!!
Fries are always cold fish and chicken not cooked fresh!
