Long John Silver's

I went to store # 70125 at Westport Plaza. It had a new design and was very clean. The staff was courteous and efficient. I ordered the Cod dinner which was quickly served and tasted better than two other Long John Silvers I previously visited in the area.The only problem I have is with the survey service they use. SurveyMonkey is a pain to navigate and promotes themselves. I wanted to offer feedback on the restaurantnot sign up with SurveyMonkey.

The person at the drive-thru window was super nice and sounded like he enjoyed his job! He even confirmed my order to make sure it was correct which should be the norm no matter where you go to order food especially the drive-through! Service with a smile the food was awesome! Close to restaurant style food doesn't even feel like fast food the food was awesome! Totally recommend!

I have been a fan of LJS for years .. Unfortunately the number of Restaurants have dwindled in my home town of Atlanta. I was exited to find that I now live almost the same distance between the two on the east side of Louisville... For many reasons I have not had the chance to get my LJS fix until this week. All I can say is the food was most excellent... fish, shrimp, chicken all cooked to perfection... hush puppies, slaw and corn all tasty. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed...read full review
