I was very disappointed to of waited an hour for a 6 top table, when I called in advance to be on the waitlist for a table. It’s one thing if there’s no available seating. It’s absolutely absurd that 16 tables & waitlist guests that were seated before us, including walk-ins. Walk-in customers seated before guests who booked ahead is unacceptable. We stood at the host stand for an hour, with no update on timeframe. I saw a 6 top table seated with only two people. I’ve worked in many restaurants, and that makes absolutely 0 sense. Despite the nightmare of the “waitlist system”, our food and server were excellent. The front of house disorganization severely hurts the happiness of the guests and their servers, who have to make up for the poor hosting.

Restaurant Review: Exceptional Service from Gabriel at LongHorn Steakhouse
I recently had the pleasure of dining at LongHorn Steakhouse, and I have to give a special shoutout to one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered—Gabriel Ordonez Chingo Chin. At just 16 years old, Gabriel demonstrates professionalism, kindness, and efficiency beyond his years. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were seated quickly and comfortably.
Gabriel’s attention to detail and customer service skills are truly impressive. He keeps the front of the restaurant running smoothly, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s clear that he takes his job seriously and puts in the effort to make every guest’s experience a great one.
I also have to mention that Gabriel has a strong and supportive girlfriend, Jessleen, who keeps him in check—but even with that dynamic, he remains focused and dedicated to his work. His ability to stay composed and efficient in a busy environment is commendable, and LongHorn Steakhouse is lucky to have him on their team.
If you’re dining at LongHorn, rest assured that Gabriel will make sure your experience starts off on the right foot. Keep up the great work, Gabriel!

Our waitress snapped at us quite a few times over simple things we needed that should have been noticed (refill on drinks, more bread, etc.... I understand when someone is tired but it was early evening Christmas eve with family that we hadn't seen in a while so it made a bad memory that we can't replace. Once would have been enough, even twice but it was more than 7 times that she snapped at each of us! That's too many times!
Food was good, bread is excellent! Portion sizes are good as well. A little expensive but a nice meal for Christmas which is a special occasion! Wish it hadn't been tainted by the attitude of the waitress. She was older so she should have been aware of her behavior and how it was affecting our holiday.😔

Dinner at long horn tonight. We ordered the steak, cheeseburger, Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese, lobster tail, potato soup, and chicken tenders. The brussel sprouts were very flavorful and tasty with a sweet bourbon sauce. The burger was good. The soup came out colder than I cared for - but the flavor was good overall. It was very busy tonight, both the service food came were slow but that can be expected.

Certainly no disappointments here. Ribeye, medium-rare, along side of a loaded baked potato, all just right and just as anticipated. Quick and attentive service from Mitch followed a very sincere greeting from a very professional and courteous hostess and prompt seating at a clean booth.
I have to confess that when my meal came it looked so good I completely forgot about taking a picture of it for you !! Trust me, it was as pretty as it was delicious!
Good music at a good volume, nice decor, and just the right lighting make fir a great atmosphere. Very clean and very comfortable.
My last Longhorn experience, NOT at this location, was not at all this nice. Today my faith in Longhorn has been fully restored. I will be back and I absolutely recommend you try it too. Maybe next time I’ll remember to get a picture of the meal.

We had a bad experience three months ago, but decided to try it again. Experience was not any better. They have a new policy of asking for your drink order before you sit down. Ridiculous, and we told our waitress no lemons in the water or tea. We got two lemons in each drink. I think the managers need to hire better staff or they need to be fired.

Steak was burnt on the outside. The service was a little slow. My daughter really loved the spinach dip.
