Decor is fabulous. Food is as authentic and flavorful as any Mexican I’ve had west of the Mississippi. And the story of the restaurant’s founder was a compelling read as we enjoyed our meal on a rainy Sunday in Louisville. Definitely a must-stop for Mexican in Bourbon City.

Great food. Consistent and always great service. Love that’s it’s warm and comfy inside. I hate when a restaurant is cold. I can’t enjoy my meal that way. I need to come home.

Had a great experience at this place. Daisy was our waitress and we couldn't be happier with her attention to detail and great smile. Everything is 110% Authentic Mexican including their Micheladas. Highly recommend!

We were having dinner before a show at the Kentucky Center. For years we enjoyed the Los Aztecas on Main St and also Herr Lane. But we thought we’d try them at the more recent E Market location. Wow are we glad we did! Great atmosphere. And our server Jaeline was terrific. Pleasant and very attentive. The frozen house margaritas were some of the best we’ve had anywhere. We lost track of time enjoying our margaritas, delicious queso and complimentary basket(s) of chips and tasty salsa, and we needed to order to not be late for our show. Not Jaeline’s fault at all. The manager just happened to be in the area and he came up and said I’ll make sure your order moves along in the kitchen to help you on time. So nice! We got the chicken fajita and I know I’m repeating myself, but it could be the best we’ve ever had! What a great evening. Great atmosphere, great service. Margaritas and food were the best. You’re missing out if you love Mexican and haven’t been here

The Chile Rellenos were fantastic. Service was prompt and friendly. Only reason I downgraded the atmosphere was because the seats in the booths are a bit worn and cracked.
