I came across this bakery April 2021 when looking for a Tres Leches cake for my boyfriends birthday. I was extremely happy with the cake and shocked by Anita’s attention to detail. It was far more perfect than I had imagined - as I thought this would just be a simple sheet cake. Now a year later I returned to purchase another Tres Leches cake for my boyfriends birthday and it was just as good , if not better. It was fantastic with the strawberries and dolce de leche layers. I cannot recommend this bakery enough. And Anita is very kind and talented. Thank you !!!

She is the best! She has wonderful Customer services and the best Cake in town. Iliany Y Franci S, is an unhappy customer because she wants Anita Pasteles to change her Business Rules. That cannot be accepted.The best in all of Louisville, with great quality cakes, I recommend it 100%, very nice and responsible with his work. The fact that the person named Iliany Rodriguez wants to change the rules of a private business does not make Anita Pastel a bad business owner. Anita Pastel is the best !!!!!

I wanted to have a cake made with Anita and I sent the photo to the assistant exactly how I wanted the cake, she wanted to tell me that I couldn't make the cake if I didn't go to the bakery. I explained to him that I have a baby that is difficult for me, that I can order it by phone and I told him that I had sent him the photo of how I want it and he told me no, it can't be done if I don't go to the bakery. Wow I was cold very bad customer service.

I have been anita's client for 6 years, all my cakes and sweets are made by her, it has really been a wonderful experience, excellent quality, unbeatable treatment, definitely if you want something exquisite and to your liking you have to go with her, for me it is the best at her job ❤️

I was on a mission to order the BEST Tres Leches Cake for my boyfriend's birthday. I was recommended to try this bakery from Facebook. And WOW!!! This cake far exceeded any expectations I had. The owner is a very kind woman who truly puts her heart into her work. Seriously this cake was huge and so moist and full of flavor! All the other cakes in the bakery looked amazing as well. I plan to return for my future cake needs.
