If you love Hot Chicken and flavor this is your spot. They have a big Ol mess of a sandwhich that hits the spot everytime!
Other's in my family eat their smoked winds, brisket, and pulled pork and those options are just as fire.Sides are pretty good as well. Portions are huge for the meat options. Definitely have leftovers if you want. Not a big dine in space, I would assume most orders are to go. They do have a picnic table area outside thats nice in summer. Nice group of guys in there just enjoying making good food for people. Check them out you wont be disappointed!

Oh yeah! Not a lot of dine in space but everything I ate was yum! Brisket… absolutely delicious. It’s got a deep smoke flavor and is falling apart, melt in your mouth good. I lived in Texas 8 years and these guys do brisket Texas style better than most every place in Texas. The fried wing… nailed it but wait :0 them smoked wings!!! That is the best chicken I can remember with a crust that I would like to know how to recreate. The sides were also exceptional. Staff was friendly and courteous. Will search this place out again whenever in the area

Been coming here for years. It fell off a little bit towards the end of the last ownership. They tried to switch to a sub shop, but came back to louies hot chicken and barbecue under new ownership. I'm glad to say that it's back and better than ever. Hard to beat this 3 tenders + 2 sides for $13

The hot chicken is back and as good as ever. We ordered the tenders and the large dark. Honestly the tenders were just OK but the the bone in chicken was divine. Also had smoked wings and they were great too.

love the taco tuesday, well new owners no taco tuesdays but they do make really good sammiches, i had the cubano & it was fantastic with a brownie(my weakness) & damn those brownies were good!

The change of food is jarring but from my understanding either they change or disappear! Louise's still serves good food and honestly a good price as well. Don't take it to hard the food is different but still good. I enjoy the chicken bacon ranch!

Just sandwiches now. No hot chicken and barbeque. Didn't know this until I arrived today!
Good prices and friendly employees. Only a few places to sit inside with picnic tables outside.
They do have a food truck for events or special occasions.
The floors and counters are clean.
