I hate to say this but it was not worth the hype. I've been following them on Instagram for a while and was really excited to try. I got the peanut butter sundae. The Bundt cake in the sundae was the best part. The chocolate sauce was runny, peanut butter sauce was gritty and the vanilla ice cream was just ok. The marshmallow on top was creamy and not too sweet. $12 too much. The person making my order was all business. You work in an ice cream shop, what is there to be mad about?

The ice cream is very good. We had a waffle cone with raspberry cookies and cream and a cup of banana pudding and bourbon pecan something. I would agree with other reviews about the few seats inside and the personality of the staff. We timed it right with a parking spot right in front and no line inside but within 15 minutes the line was out the door. One of our servers was very happy to see us...the other guy had the personality of a stale ice cream cone. But the ice cream is good and I'd love to try a sundae so I'd go back.

The ice cream was very good. We got the half cookie sandwiches, trust me that was more than enough for one person. The cookies were very as well. It is a little hard to navigate when busy but well worth it.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm only giving a 1 Star because I can't leave a 0 Star review. I was in the busy building with my stroke patient mother last night and the manager on duty refused to let my mom borrow an unused seat. I told them I'd set up on the side of the wall by the other existing seats and that she was struggling to stand and was weak. Had my family not collectively been there I would have handled it differently. The food is mid but I won't ever spend money here again and for the rest of my life I'm telling people this story who will listen. Louisville Creme doesn't care about disabled people. Got it. Don't give these people your money.

This ice cream place is unique in flavors. All home made and the flavors are in rotation. If you like pretzels they have a pretzel cone - but choose your flavor wisley! We love this place if you’re in town it’s a must stop! There isn’t much seating so be aware if you want to sit.
