Good food, service was horrible. My wife and I waited for over 30 minutes watching the staff behind the counter have a great time yelling, screaming, and joking with each other instead of preparing our food. They never got my wife’s smoothie so we had to wait another 5 minutes for the refund. I wanted to support but this behavior is a common occurrence at Lueberry doing the work week.

Sign says open at 9:30. Then they put another sign up that says only open for door dash. I guess they don’t want people to come buy food from them.

I don’t leave reviews often but I had to come on here and say that the service was very poor. They were incredibly rude and seemed agitated that we even walked into the place? She was looking at her phone while taking the order and was very cranky.

The food was actually good but the service was pretty disappointing.

I remember when Lueberry opened. The space was clean, neat, and the staff was cheery. My experience today was the opposite. The space was visibly filthy and grimy. The staff looked like they were confused why a customer just walked in. The smoothie was below average. Very disappointed at what this has become.

Good food, not stellar service unfortunately. My husband got a pesto chicken wrap and I got the peanut butter sourdough with fruit, both delicious - I still make the sourdough toast (my version) at home, love the flavor combo.
The service could use some help. There were three people working, none of which were very friendly. No one acknowledges the customer(s) until the customer(s) say something; like standing at the register and they’ll play on their phone until you say “excuse me, I’d like to order” or something of the sort lol. The vibe is really that you’re interrupting their conversation when you’re trying to order.
We’ve never been back because the vibes were just uncomfy tbh.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible in the sense that it’s open and there’s only a table or two inside but there is a sizable lip to enter the establishment

extremely poor put together, maybe only done there were they have to put it together in front of you cause this isn't the first time my order has been like this from them and they knew it was messed up, cause they put it in another container.

Ordered online and ordered everything listed below in the receipt. When I got there to pick up the order, I was told they did what they could because of a food truck delay, they just had a rush, they were out of stock of basically everything topping wise I had ordered. I get things happen, but paying close to $34, I can’t get a refund when I paid extra for items YOU DONT EVEN HAVE is just horrible customer service and money hungry and a rip off. Wasn’t even offered a free smoothie, or anything, substitute items, literally NOTHING. Then I was told to post pictures to get a refund for items I ordered and they can’t refund me for when they didn’t have them?
This business has potential, but from reading other reviews and the owner not even bothering to say anything back to them, I doubt this will be responded to either. That right there says how much this owners values their business.

So here is the thing..
Flavors were actually really good! Presentation the first day (we went two days) was pretty decent as well.
The first day we went the 3 team members were literally just standing around talking to each other for over 5 minutes straight while we were waiting on our food, until finally one of them said "okay I'll do the toast" but we did get our food at the same time... on the second day, it was even worse! Although the flavors were good, the presentation was not good. The Nutella box had chocolate all over it (outside of it), and it looked like it was barely put together. Once again, we were left waiting for our food for a while and got 1 item at a time. It honestly felt like the guy was doing it on purpose while giving dirty looks.
In my personal opinions this is a place that should be a 5 stars rating, but the customer service was the worst I've had in a while in a food place so I simply can not rate it that.

I ordered a wrap but they were out of napkins and paper towels. How were they washing their hands? Could someone not make a run to the store? No ice either for tap water drink.

My friend went here and ordered a small watermelon smoothie. It was 6 dollars not including tax, was mostly water, and had chunks in the bottom. It was smaller than the size of her hand in height and width, and it was 6. dollars. She payed with a 20, and they had LOST THE KEY for the cash register, so we had to wait for them to find it. They picked the lock or something, and she did get her change, but we waited 20 minutes for it. The smoothie wasn't even worth it. It was about halfway to 3/4 of the way full, and it didn't even taste very good, and it was kinda warm. The two baristas were also very unprofessional, and one was even on her phone. 1 star.

Workers were extremely rude. I walked in and got blank stares, with no welcomes. When I went to order, the workers did not say a single thing to me. I stayed there 20 minutes and was not spoken to once. When getting my food, it was not what I expected.

Let me preface this with LueBerry was and had been one of my and my daughter’s favorite places to visit since they opened years ago. It was even a stop along her 2020 (Covid) birthday scavenger hunt.
We went today, to the NuLu location (our most frequent locale, but we’ve also gone to Norton Commons and St.Matthew’s Mall as well. We ordered our regular an açaí bowl, and a pitaya bowl. Both of the bowls looked like they were ICE instead of the smoothie/smooth appearance. My daughter’s bowl had bruised, mushy bananas as a topping. We took them back inside of the store, since we were sitting outside enjoying the weather, and shared our concern. I was met with a negative reaction, and that “that’s how they are, they are scooped out as the bases are all premade. But, give me a minute and I’ll make another.” After slamming containers, there was a clear differentiation between the colors of the 1st bowls made and the 2nd. We even told the employee that we would just take the toppings off the first bowls so they wouldn’t have to slice and all that.
We go back outside to eat the bowls. They have zero taste. ZERO. Trying to cut costs (I know overhead is crazy now) by bulk premaking has led to icy, zero taste. Disappointing on so many levels, so much that we threw away the $20 worth of food purchased. I hate this, as I love supporting local businesses, and LueBerry has always been a favorite of ours. I’d rather pay a little more to have a fresh, quality, tasty açaí bowl.
