Luna's Mexican Rotisserie

I ordered a mixed fajita through UberEats, with extra meat and extra shrimp and they didn't put chicken and there was very little meat and shrimp, the plate was full of nachos, disappointed in this restaurant.
It doesn't deserve a star

I’ve been to luna’s many times in Louisville, and I was treated with kindness walking in, there’s a guy named Leo who met my needs when I asked for tomatoes in my guacamole, then I ordered a Cuban sandwich which was super delicious. I would recommend luna’s to anyone who wants to visit Louisville! Truly thankful for that experience !!

First time at Luna's. Tried the El pastor and chicken Tacos. The chicken taco had shredded chicken instead of the lil strips I'm use to, it was ok, but the El pastor is not my flavor, seemed like the pork was over porking with a lot of fat

Be careful, this place will take your money and pretend to not understand English. Would not recommend it at all.

The food arrived incomplete...4 pieces of fajitas and 95% of green chili...just a little bit of chorizo...I was missing a rice and the one that arrived was very little. The flans look like vomited disgusting... and all the avocado in the tacos is black and has a rotten flavor... 1st and last time I order food here... the look of the food is super disgusting... an order of 100 dollars for this garbage. .scammers...because that's what they did...they filled my plate with chili peppers instead of meat...a 28 dollar plate for this...

It's been a few years since I've eaten here, but it is definitely not "authentic Mexican cuisine" lol. This place has really gone downhill. I placed an order for the mojarra (which is on their menu) only to be told "it's seasonal". What freakin' Mexican restaurant only serves seasonal fish!!??? If it's not there take it off the menu!... Anyway, I instead order 3 shrimp tacos and a side of rice. It took them over 20 MINUTES to prepare such a simple order only to screw it up by putting things on it I didn't ask for (my instructions were very clear). I sent it back and it probably took at least another 4-5 min for them to make the corrections. When I was finally able to start eating, the food was TERRIBLE!... Very poor quality and not anywhere near as good as it used to be. This was a total disappointment, and I don't think I'll ever be going back.

Horrible treatment and a lot of discrimination

The staff were so nice and helpful and the good... Lemme tell you about the food... I'm a chef by trade myself and have worked in kitchens my entire life and the flavors they have .. ooo I swear are incredible! They only offer 5 stars for this review but I'd give them 6 cause they deserve it!!!
