never seen an employee smile here. mostly unhelpful teens w airpods in. we walked in and the first game we went to took our credits and wouldn’t let us play. apparently no one knows how to fix games and give credits back. then the second game didn’t work either. nobody was helpful. gone downhill sadly but still INSANELY expensive.

We Visit Main event frequently because my son loves the laser tag. They just updated the lasers / vest, 2:00 min into the game my wife’s lazer guns battery falls out. We go to the front counter and Emerson ( counter attendant) starts trying to get the gun to reboot. 6 mins later I tell my son ok come on there are only 2 mins left to play. We asked Emerson if we could have our time back that we lost. She simply said No and went about her business. I thought this was very rude and unprofessional considering we played 2 or 3 minutes for $30.

Went in a few days ago had a huge party , in the front was an African American girl she was so beautiful she kept calm and wasn’t frustrated at all , we got sat at different spaces ,because our party was so huge with no reservations she was so sweet and calm she didn’t take out orders but she was super sweet our food was amazing and the staff was very respectful I’d love to reach out to the beautiful girl in the front lol she’s was a doll baby so sweet and so pretty.

Alright, so we had a blast at that place the other day, and I'm giving it four and a half stars for sure! My two kids absolutely loved running around and playing all the games there. The bowling alley was a total hit, and we spent a good chunk of time trying to get strikes. Plus, the food was surprisingly good for a place like that, and the laser tag was epic.

I absolutely loved this place. They have a great indoor amusement park. The food was really good and the service was good too. The prices were pretty good too. The music was a vibe. And they do a good job of getting people on and off of the rides.

A lot of games don’t work and take your credits on card. It’s a big scam and you don’t get them back unless to go to workers station every time a game don’t work. Bug headache with kids. I’d go to a better arcade.

We had a great night with the family! So many games and attractions for all of us. The staff and service was top notch. Can’t wait to come back!

Bartender was great, but half the games were broken and the prize selection sucks. Dave and busters is better.. even Malibu jacks was more fun than this place.

It's good. Kids have fun which is the most important thing.

We just had the twins ninth birthday party there and it was awesome. The service was phenomenal, the food and drinks were good, and the value we got for a party package was just what we needed. The kids got three hours of unlimited video games and got to play laser tag. Highly recommend!

Very solid experience, popular arcade and bowling spot and cleaner than most.

We got there at open and all got the full avcess package. It was not busy and the guy said we could do ropes, lazer tag and bowling. After we were in and we asked who was covering they said ropes dont open for 2 hours and lazer tag should be open soon. Its weird when you pay for access and tgey sau you can have access but now you need to wait a couple hours.
