Main Event Louisville

Very unprofessional , asked me for an interview when I was there with family . told me I was hired . Never heard from them . Asked me to fill out another application. Never heard from them . Then have the nerve to send me 2 emails 2 different times saying I wasn’t hired but I was ??? . Wouldn’t work for them if it saved my life . If y’all unprofessional from just interviewing couldn’t imagine how they treat their employees. Do not apply here.

Went here for a family fun day with my wife and kids. However games were broke and took credits without letting us play, The claw machine claws wouldnt even close, The lazer tag equipment seemed junky and non responsive, and the food left my whole family feeling sick. The service for the food was absolutley terrible it took an hour to bring out 1 pizza, a $28 meal somehow costed $50. We honestly probably could have had a better family fun day at a mcdonalds playground. We left feeling completley ripped off and will never return.

10/5 for this place. we are from out of town and visited during a rainy weekend. Scott the operations manager was awesome, welcoming and so so kind. we will absolutely be back when my sister and i come to visit our mom who recently moved here.

The rudest, slowest service I've EVER gotten along with spending $300 on game cards for literally half or more to be down.! The ticket winnings are crappy, you barely win anything & the little girls in the prize room dont know manners, how to speak, greet etc i will N E V E R be back her E V E R again.! D&B has my service for life.
0 stars if I could. 6 kids bored after 15min, because sooo many games down.

The worst customer service i have ever received the front desk employee were so rude and also we entered the main event at 10:55 Pm exactly but in the bill they printed it as 9:55pm literally 1 hr of time they changed and says i cannot play the game as the time passed an hr but i just came 5 min before that is 10:55 pm and they allowed other people to play bowling but not us and they said that they cannot add time at 1 pm but the other people are playing after 1 PM too. The instructions are not at all given properly they are trying to loot money from the people with the fake timing on the receipt
