If your excuse for messing up orders is because you’re busy… close your restaurant. Get out of business. That is the most immature excuse to mess up someone’s order. You’re in the Food business, which deals with customer service, you’re supposed to be busy.

You’re supposed to check the order while placing it in the bag to make sure every item is covered before handing it to the customer.

Would made it worse is when I called back to complain about my messed up order, the person I spoke with simply just apologize and offered no option. I was unable to drive back to the restaurant so I asked him to remove the item from the ticket. He told me he didn’t know if he can do that.

Again, if your reason for messing up orders is Because you have a particular number of customers, please close the doors to your business and do not open them

I got the tikka masala ordered from doordash and I could not stop eating it and I have thought about the dish daily for weeks now!

Food is not terrible overall. I had a beef kebab which was okay and some chicken which was better. The pita is shockingly bad, almost inedible. I had to chew it for 5 whole minutes. Wouldn't order from here again, but if you aren't too picky about quality, this place is probably fine.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while and I stopped in today after a doctor's appointment. I had the chicken plate with Arabic salad and lentil rice. It was served on a China plate and was steaming hot. Everything was just delicious. Best taziki sauce I've ever had. The chicken was moist and the salad was crisp with a flavorful dressing. Even though it's fast casual, the lady who served me checked on me several times. I appreciated the fact that there was soothing music playing and tranquil nature scenes on the TV instead of news or sports. I'll be back!

The best mediterranean food in all of Louisville. I order the same thing everytime. Chicken shawarma, they also accommodate my weird request of extra lemon :) they are so nice and QUICK. I call when I’m on my way, and the food is always ready when I arrive. The service is 10/10. I just love this place. I take all my friends here! It’s affordable too… unlike some of the local competitors.

No Air condition. Insane. Can’t spend 30 bucks a month and lose 100s of customers.

Food was just ok. Had high expectations after hearing friends thought it was amazing . The chicken shawarma was good , but kinda dry . The salad served with had little dressing and just didn’t do much for me . Wasn’t a fan of the garlic sauce was served with meal .Also the pita bread is very chewy here . Not sure why , but it should be warmed up before serving . The rice was very good through and seasoned well . Hummus also good .
