Pizza was "promised" at 11:20 I placed the order at 10... they had a 16 pizza order come in after that they planned to fill before my order... the guy making the dough had hair past his shoulders with no net, the guy adding topping had his pants below his butt (WITH A BELT ON) so it was purposely done.. the pizza had oil standing on it that I had to dab off with napkins and it ultimately made me sick to my stomach after eating 2 slices so I threw the rest away. I won't be going back.

Whelp sad to do this.First time ever trying this place seen online they had the ECLIPSE promo going on. 50% off. What better time to try it out. Placed my order at 4:33pm (4/13/2024). Said Promise time 5:13 pm.Long time for 2 pizzas, but figured they were busy with such a long wait time and the promo.Arrived in lot 5pm just chilled. 5:14pm still no email update. Just original order confirmation. I walked in the shop stood there watching, no acknowledgement I was even there. 5:25 someone I assume was manager walked up. I informed them of the online order. They walked back to check the order screen. Said it'll be another 20 minutes. After it's already been almost 1 hour waiting. Another customer in line said they just seen someone push a 30 pizza order. I told the person just to cancel my order. Not a great experience for first time being there amd hearing hype of the place from friends and family. I guess I won't be finding out today how said pizza is.

Algonquin Community United, Acu Inc..Would like to thank Marco’s pizza & their staff..For assisting Acu a local nonprofit organization for our weekly “Family Fun Friday” free event in Algonquin Community local park.Thanks for being so prompt on a short notice..in helping aiding us to prevent youth violence, youth mentorship & creating a family fun atmosphere..The event was a success over 100 people showed up to participate and support..many who tasted Marco’s pizzas for the first time & they love it!!! The Porters

This was definitely worth trying the pizza was amazing and the pizzioli was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be going back soon!!! Service was quick and professional. Only downfall you can't dine in. But definitely suggest to try! We got a large pepperoni , Ultimate Magnifico and a pepperoni and sausage pizzoli. See the pictures below. You will not be disappointed and it was very reasonable. About 38.00 ??

OVERVIEW:-XL size is what a normal Large anywhere else would be-undercooked 100% of the time-imbalanced sauce/cheese ratio (causes cheese to fall off)-long wait times for delivery and carry-out-too many staff members standing around-poor customer service basicsFirstly, I will say this: the pizza is okay for a chain. It would be waaaay better pie if they would cook it longer. Every single time I have ordered pizza, and the pizzoli’s they are chewy and flimsy. Pizza should have structure to it, it should have char on the crust, and the cheese should not slide off when you take a bite. 3-5 more minute cook time would give these pizza’s a serious bump in quality. It has also taken over an hour for delivery every time I’ve ordered it. Waiting an hour would be no problem for me if the pizza was actually cooked thoroughly. It’s taking over an hour to receive a doughy, undercooked pizza.Secondly, both times I have went in to pickup pizza there is a lack of customer service basics I.e.(saying hi to a customer, assuring the customer that you will be with them asap) I have been outright ignored when I’ve walked into this location. Since this location is pick-up only it is even more important to have clear and polite communication with customers… there is nowhere to stand other than right in front of the cash register, so standing there and staring at the staff is pretty damn awkward when nobody acknowledges you.The other thing I noticed is there is about four people actually working and there are about ten people crammed into that small work area. (This could’ve been a training situation as they had only been open for a short time), but it’s not a good look to wait so long for a carry-out pizza with excess staff standing around. I have waited in the pickup area just as long as it has taken for a delivery to arrive at my house.

I made an online order to be ready at 720pm... was told my food was in the oven twice and didn't get it ! I was patient enough to wait until 8:05 and it still wasn't in the oven. I got a refund... this is ridiculous!

I hate to say I will never order from this place again. The food was great but we received the strangest call about 3 hours after our delivery from the delivery driver yelling about the tip he received. We gave a 20% tip which is the typical amount usually given. We are always generous and tip everywhere we go so I find this very offensive. Marcos just lost a customer. Very sad!

UPDATE: sadly I have to change my review. I previously decided this was my new go to pizza spot but my husband is a vegetarian for 8 years now and bit into a piece of sausage on his pizza that was supposed to only have black olives and mushrooms. This really disappoints me because as a vegetarian he should be able to confidently eat his food without worrying if it is contaminated. I have never had this happen at a pizza place and will sadly have to take my business to Annie's Pizza or somewhere else.

I understand they were slammed; however, none of the staff even acknowledged me, although they could clearly see me patiently waiting for service. I would have been chilled if someone had taken one second to say, "We will be right with you." I stood there just to see how long it would take to get service. I waited for 10+ minutes, service never came. They just kept making pizzas and answering the phone in my face as if live customers have no priority. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this has been a reoccurring theme. Marco's has lost my patronage. The pizza is subpar anyway compared with other pizza joints locally
