They always have the best BBQ and with a variety of options and meats. The fried pickles were fabulous. The atmosphere is wonderful and pleasant with good seating options. The wait staff is always helpful and personable. There is usually not any wait time for get seated. The value for the amount of food you receive is great. I would recommend this for any type of dining experience.

We look forward to Mark’s Feed Store every time we’re in the Louisville KY area. Pro Tip: They have a great lunch buffet Sunday only until 3 pm. Of course we just missed it😢 We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the Combo 1 with ribs, HoneyWings, pulled pork, & brisket. Their redskin potato salad is amazing. Homemade chips are awesome. Everything was very good. Servers were professional and personable. Note that this location has a couple separate dining areas available for events and parties. We can’t wait to come back! I just had the best dining experience at Mark's Feed Store, thanks to our incredible server, Jordan. He was absolutely amazing at his job, and it's clear he understands that being a server is about so much more than just bringing out food.
Jordan was so engaging and friendly, talking to us about anything and everything, which made our dinner ten times better. We saw him so often it felt like he was the only person working in the entire restaurant, and that just made us appreciate him even more.
Jordan is probably the best server I have ever had anywhere. He made us feel so included in our decisions and was genuinely helpful. He even managed to upsell me to a full slab of ribs and a 1/2 gallon of potato salad to take home, which I was more than happy to do!
We will definitely be back, and we will absolutely be asking for Jordan again.

We've been coming to this Mark's Feed location for 15 years, and we have never had an experience like we did yesterday, thanks to our waiter, Jordan. He was truly excellent. From the moment he greeted us, he was not only incredibly professional but also genuinely funny and attentive.
Jordan's service goes beyond just taking orders; you can tell he genuinely cares about the food he brings to the table. He's the kind of person you want training your employees. The way he handled every table was amazing, providing the same high level of care and attention to everyone around us. My husband and I both ordered the combo #3, and it was absolutely delicious.

We had a birthday party catering order delivered. We chose the 50 person picnic. The food was amazing and the team went above and beyond to make sure we had a special day. My go to spot!
Had the bbq platter. The meat was good but the portions were small. Our server was very helpful and did a wonderful job.

We were passing through Louisville on a road trip and our guide at another activity recommended we go here. The ribs were great, kids meals were generously portioned (and we lucked out we were there on a Tuesday and kids ate free!) We got the fried pickles as an app and they were really good. Server was friendly and accommodating - she brought the wrong side for the kids originally and then just let them keep them and brought the right sides right away. We told her we were from out of town and they gave us buttermilk pie (delicious) and a bottle of bbq sauce on the house. Great experience.
