The chicken quesadillas were fabulous along with the best ever quac and chips. I would have liked more than three small chips provided with the meal. It was all absolutely delicious!

Ordered the Baracho Burger, it was amazing as were the fries and sauce it came with. While the food was great, using the QR code system to order it was frustrating. As I understood the system I had to get a table at Gravely to place a carryout order. This left me in the position of having to tell multiple servers that I did not need table service or anything and I just wanted to wait for my carryout, this made me feel super awkward and felt like a waste of time and effort for the staff when I know their time is precious.

Had the quesadia and bean dip. Went great with light beer I was drinking. Service was fast. Great prices, as well as a good variety of food. Can't wait to try more!

Who could ask for a better combo... great beer (at Gravely) and a scrumptious food truck?! We stopped into Gravely for a few beers before grabbing dinner, but when we realized that the Mayan Street Food truck was located here, we just had to order something. The menu looked absolutely delicious. We ordered the Nachos Locos - shredded chicken, black beans, beer cheese, pickled jalapeños, sour cream, and pico de gallo - how great does that sound? It tasted even better! We also got a couple of the salbutes (which I had never even heard of before this) and they were delicious as well. Definitely made our visit 100% better!

I would not recommend the burger... the bistro that shares this space has some delicious burgers and I was hoping this was going to be similar... I was quite disappointed.

Ordered the pork salbutes at the bar with my Gravely Dubbel Rainbow. Everything about the food and the pairing was delicious. They were so flavorful and delicious, although messy to eat. I wish it came in with three instead of two as I was left wanting more. My only complaint is that I wish there was more than one burrito option. The burrito of the month was vegetarian/vegan burrito and although a great option, was not what I was looking for on this night. I feel like having 2 different burritos would at least provide a tiny amount of choice if someone is craving a burrito but not feeling the BotM. All in all, a great experience.

This place is a gem. There is indoor seating in a loft like design, a lower level patio and high up patio. The food was fantastic, highly recommend the Mayan style tacos. Like regular tacos but on a deep fried corn base. So good. Beer is good. We will be coming back, great place to spend an afternoon with friends.

We absolutely love Mayan cafe and we’re excited to try their food truck. The disappointment started when we walked into the brewery. The food truck is permanently based in the beer garden of Gravely Brewing. It does have some nice shaded areas and the tables were clean. You have to order your food from a waiter of the brewery. Which normally isn’t an issue but the staff here don’t seem to really care about food allergies. We love Mayan cafe and they are amazing at handling food allergies. We also love their food. This was a competent different experience. After we tracked down a waiter and ordered and explained our food allergy we waited mere feet from the cold truck. It would have made so much more sense to order directly from the truck. A different server dropped off our food and mine has a cream looking sauce on top. We then had to track down another server to help us find out what the sauce was since instead I couldn’t have any dairy. Of course we can see and hear the good truck employees and can’t speak to them. It was very frustrating. The staff was very slow and inattentive to customers. The food was good but not up to the standard of their stand alone restaurant. We won’t be back since the brewery didn’t have very beer either. Wish we could have had a better experience.

Spending part of a Sunday afternoon sipping good beer at Gravely was a treat already, and my partner and I hadn't even planned one getting any food. However, one look at the Mayan Street Food menu our server dropped off changed that. We've been to Mayan Cafe and absolutely loved the food, so we took advantage of the opportunity and split an order of pork salbutes (which they describe as Mayan tacos). You gotta try these! The tortillas were small and authentic, the pork was cooked beautifully, and the accompaniments were all on point. I particularly appreciated the acidity from the pickled onions. Every bite was outstanding. I also appreciated the portion size. We weren't there for a meal, so splitting an order of salbutes (they come two to an order) worked out great for us. I would absolutely come back and have a meal!

Whoever thought of this Gravely-Mayan combination is a genius. I never knew how well beer and salbutes pair together until I enjoyed a West Coast IPA with my black bean salbutes. So. Stinkin'. Good. Now, if only more Mexican restaurants had salbutes...I suppose it's more reason to make another trip down for Mayan Street Food!

To all of Bruce's places that I've loved - Mayan Gypsy, Mayan Cafe, Mayan Street Food. It's always creative, uses local products, and tastes amazing without breaking the bank. His most recent endeavor, a food truck at Gravely Brewery, brings all those things to a lovely beer hall. My mom ordered the cheese quesadilla with housemade guac (her tummy was iffy) and I had the burrito of the day - fish & chips. We both enjoyed brews from Gravely as well. There was a little snag in the kitchen and our find didn't come out together. Mom was almost finished with her quesadilla when my burrito arrived. She said it was filling and flavorful. My fish & chips burrito arrived wrapped in a grilled spinach tortilla and cut in half so you could see the bevy of goodies inside. The whitefish was crispy and fried to perfection. The chips were roasted potatoes. A bit strange with white rice but it worked. I really loved the slightly spicy sauce and crunchy slaw that married all the flavors. I'm not a slaw lover but this was excellent. Despite the kitchen snafu and awkward timing, it was a fun way to celebrate my birthday with my family, delicious food, and good beer!

For the most part, this food truck at Gravely is 5 stars. I'm taking off one star for consistency. I should begin by asking, Do you like Mayan Cafe? Duh... the answer is obviously yes! This truck was born from the Mayan Cafe owners and it's a nice addition to Gravely. Gravely is awesome but it honestly wouldn't be the same without Mayan Street Food. Things I've had from their menu: Guac. Fried Plantains. Chorizo Salbutes. Pork/Fish/Chicken tacos. For me, the chorizo salbutes are my favorite. They're always perfect every time I order them. If you like chorizo, I feel that these are a must order. All of the other regular menu items I've tried are good but they don't standout to me as always being perfect. Some of the tacos don't always taste fresh. I think the guac is the biggest offender. It seems to never hit the spot when I order. I know the stuff is fresh... it's made right off the truck so I'm not sure why certain things don't taste to the level of the chorizo salbutes. Mayan Street Food also offers specials from time to time. They'll have brunch specials. My favorite thing is their burrito special Mondays. Keep your eyes on their socials. They always have a new burrito every Monday and some of them you can't reject. I hate to say this because they've addressed this before but I wish they'd throw the lima beans(from Mayan Cafe) on the menu. There would be people munching on lima beans while drinking all night long! I'm glad that Mayan Street Food is here. It's nice. Do you need to eat before you go out for a night? You can have a decent snack/meal here that won't break the bank and that will be better than your typical bar food.
