On the phone and at the store (when I went there to return my pizza) I experienced a total lack of care about customer service, like I've NEVER experienced!! I was hung up on 4 times, even though I never threatened anyone or used any cuss words or foul language. I did raise my voice a little on the first call, but I calmed down. Our pizza was 20+ minutes late and they never knocked on our door to let me know it was there. We have a fox, a few cats and other animals in our neighborhood that roam our property. What would they do, if my pizza was ruined by one of those animals? Most likely NOTHING! They gave me a terrible attitude at the store and I can PROVE IT, because I recorded the whole incident. They RELUCTANTLY returned my money for the pizza. They are all young Millennials there and their collective attitudes stink out loud. They couldn't have cared LESS about why I was upset or that I wanted my money back. It is a shame, because I ordered from the Jet's on Breckenridge Lane with no issues and the pizza tasted great.

When you think of take-out pizza, I'm sure Little Caesars comes to mind. But this place puts it away. We have ordered from this one a few times for special occasions at work. We have only gotten the Jet10, and it don't disappoint. Always end up taking some home or eating that "one more piece" that you never need. I would of gave it a 5 star if they only had sit down seating inside. Other then that, it's pretty good.

We bought three large pizzas for 14 people and had plenty left over as most people did not want a second helping.

I travel extensively so there are times that I grab a six pack of my IPA of choice and order pizza for dinner in my hotel room- Jet's is one of my favorites

Order Papa Johns instead. Jets’s pizza is twice the cost and twice the grease of other fast food pizza chains, like Papa Johns and Dominos. The front line staff are unsupervised kids that are rude, inattentive, & frequently uninformed about specials. If there is a problem, they CANNOT make it right. It’s very frustrating for customers. We gave them another try after our first disappointing experience, but the poor customer service was too much our second time. We cancelled the order and won’t be back.
