Horrible service, always short staffed. The staff is overall very nice but it can take 30 minutes to get your food. Do not go here if you are in a hurry for class!

Food is basically the same as every other mcalister's, but the service is subpar and is sometimes very slow. I've had multiple occasions in which I've ordered for dine in, only to wait 20 - 30 minutes and witness people who ordered after me recieve their food. Only to end up walking back to the register to find out they had "forgotten" about my order. They have at least been polite and offered to compensate me on my next visit, but for an order to get completely forgotten more than once is ridiculous. (This has occurred even when the restaruant is not busy, maybe somewhere around a quarter full)

The staff is either absolutely amazing like Mr. Jim, or down right rude and snippy. There's not really an in between. Food is always good though so props to the cooks.

It's pretty average for a McAlister's. It IS convenient to where my research is done on campus. If I have time, I go across campus.

Their club is awesome and is the only thing I get. I'm probably biased when reviewing McAlister's because it's one of the few places ON campus to eat. Convenient, spacious, decently price--5 out of 5 for me.

Food is good - don't get me wrong. But service is often terrible and they commonly get the order wrong or even sometimes give it to the wrong person (happened to me twice). Wish they could get it together because the service and efficiency really detract from the food.
