My husband went to pick up our order from the To-go shelf and apparently made the mistake of looking at his phone to double check the items on our order to the number of items in the bag. He was profiled as a delivery person and told that was not for him. They could have asked if he needed help rather than immediately saying such a thing. This is happening at a lot of restaurants nowadays. They look at him and ask him to confirm his order. Even when it is his name on the order.

As far as fast food goes, the food here (and at every McAlister's location} is as good as it gets. Each meal is portioned very generously and everything is as fresh and delicious as you could hope for it to be. Very healthy, in my humble opinion, as well. After I ate here for the first time, it has become my first choice for eating out with family and friends.

They catered lunch at the apartments that I live in this afternoon. We had choices of several different sandwiches which came with a bag of chips, a sugar cookie and a canned drink. I chose the turkey sandwich. It was pretty good. I definitely recommend them.

Went to McAllisters for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised by the updated interior . The food was excellent as always , staff were friendly and attentive, and I was able to watch college hoops on the new big screen televisions ! What game changer ! Thanks for elevating my go to lunch place ! Will definitely return ! Keep up the great work !

We love McAlister's and frequent there quite often. Our family loves to order from the Pick 2 menu and you can't go wrong with whatever you choose. I absolutely LOVE the Oreo cheesecake that they have on the menu sometimes. I mentioned that to the manager who was assisting at the counter, and said how I was sad it wasn't currently on the menu. He said that they had the cheesecake in the freezer and got 2 pieces for me! I did not catch his name, but it was definitely above and beyond service. It's the little things that mean so much and this made my day.

Never have I been in a restaurant where there was so much negativity. While waiting on line I kept hearing a manager that had bucked teeth yelling negativity stuff to the employees. I heard her say I dont care about anybody. The food was forever coming out. The busser an older lady was talking non-sense to herself. Too much negativity for me and my family. My 5 years old made the comment, "Crazy people work here." We won't be back.
