Ate at this store in Middletown twice within 2 weeks on a Saturday. The first visit, we were very pleased with the service and food that we decided to return with our of town first time visitors to a completely new experience. The elderly ladies were unfriendly and, quite frankly, rude. My husband and I ordered the exact same selections from the two for two menu. Needless to say, our salad consisted of three pieces of green salad. two strawberries and two very thinly sliced pieces of chicken. You could put the entire salad in a 1/4 cup serving dish. It was an embarrassment to have bragged on this restaurant to two out of towners after I had bragged on it. To tap it off, as we were drinking our teas as after two bites our meal was over, one of the cashiers came and bused our tables which made us feel like we had overstayed our welcome. We will not patronize this restaurant again.

Solid lunch place. Consistently good food.

40 minutes before closing. Ordered simple. Baked potato. Came out later to say they ruined the potato? So 10 minutes to make another. Much longer than 10 minutes. Cleaning all around us. Still 10 minutes till closing. Rushed us to the point we had to eat in the truck.

Always love this place. The food and tea is awesome. The smoky pepper jack turkey sandwich is my fav.

Typical deli food. Everything was ok. Would be better if they seasoned their baked potatoes and cooked the veggies a bit more. The nachos could use just a touch more toppings as well. Service was good. Very laid-back environment and kid friendly.

4 registers, but only one being operated at the lunch rush on a saturday.... line is out the door. The staff is clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. And of course, seeing all this as a customer in about 5 minutes and seeing the manager hide in the back is upsetting. They are either so oblivious they can't recognize issues or don't care. Niether is a good trait to have as a manager. Shame on the management at this location.

I did an app order and when I got there to get it. It was not ready because their system went down. And I did not get any message about having to reorder.

I was very disappointed in my five cheese sandwich. There was only two selections of cheese. It was very obvious. It was cheddar and provolone or Swiss. I’m not sure. The bread was way too thick. Regular country white bread would’ve been much better. I felt like I was cheated on the sandwich. Also, those pickles were so salty. I’m sure it raised my blood pressure. The pecan berry salad was awesome with the raspberry vinaigrette. The tall, slender man that works delivering food to the tables is always so nice. He’s an hreat addition to this location. Just a sidenote, I had to complain about the sandwich last time I was there also…I had the French dip. It had almost no cheese. Picture below of obviously only having two cheeses. It was a very unsatisfying sandwich.

Ordered a Cuban no pickle no mustard got it with extra pickles under the cheese so couldn’t see them and the person I got it for is allergic to pickles and had to go to the hospital.

My mom and I eat here often for lunch. The staff is great, and the food is always delicious and fresh. One of the best places to get some good sweet tea!
