McAllister's always a good time. We had McAlisters delivered and catered at our work establishment the other day. It was really good. I like the cookies I really like the chips they had a sandwich was awesome as well.

I usually love McAllisters but had a horrible experience on Sunday. The manager Chris Mattingly was very unprofessional. I had a 5 gift card for giving blood and would not honor it. Told him I didn't want to hold up the line so would call corporate and said go ahead go act a fool. I responded seriously it's 5 bucks you should honor it. I asked for his name told him reporting him said go ahead. I'm not going to give away the store. Wow. Worst customer service ever. He has no business being a manager with that attitude.

For the most part our meal was good. Huge amount of meat on the Reuben sandwich. They left out the aujus for the French dip. Nice chicken salad and yummy tomato, cucumber and onion salad.

The staff is so kind! I didn't know my sandwich came with certain sauces and they kindly took it back and replaced it. The food is always hot and delicious and the atmosphere is so calm and nice.

McAlister's Deli on the University of Louisville campus is a classic lunch option for students. Offering sandwiches, huge loaded baked potatoes, salads, and soups, there's plenty to choose from. The salads in particular are massive, easily enough for 2 meals (which is good as they tend to be a little pricier than other campus options). Their grilled chicken salad is loaded with strips of grilled chicken, bacon, croutons, cheese, and a variety of veggies. A tasty choice that works well with a variety of dressings.

As a UofL student, I've come here quite a few times. The food taste like any other McAlister's, pretty good. Unfortunately you will find yourself waiting for absurd amounts of time in line and for food. Every time I come here, I wait at least fifteen minutes for a sandwich, often as much as 25-30 minutes.

They bailed me out of a pickle. I ordered 12 box lunches with no lead time and they got it done for me! Their food is always superb and the customer service is better.
This McAlisters location is terrible. They take to long to make and bring out your food. It took them over 35 minutes to bring out a grilled cheese. When they brought my friend the wrong order the lady got an attitude with her. The only positive thing about this place is Mr. Jim one of the workers who is very kind and funny. If he didn't work here there would be absolutely no reason at all to come here.
