There is honestly no point in having a delivery courier if McDonald’s can never get the order correct. Especially this one. I work overnight at a homeless shelter, and ordered me and my coworkers something to eat. When the driver got here, the bag looked very small, and I had a feeling something was off. The bag was sealed, but when I finally opened it, only fries and sauce of a $50 order was in the bag. I contacted DoorDash, and received a refund, however this did not solve my problem of us being hungry. So, with no choice, being as though they’re open 24/7, we took another chance and ordered again from this same restaurant, but just a few small items this time. Not only did they not contact us to tell us some of their things were not in stock, they continued the order like it was being prepared, passed another small bag to a second driver, and sent them on their way. When the driver arrived to me, not only was my order completely missing all of the items I ordered, they sent 4 cookies and 6 packsPokémon stickers. This is disappointing, and if your workers are not wanting to do their jobs at night, maybe the franchise owner should close at an earlier time. 🤷🏾♀️

Would not recommend going through the drive thru on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Horrible horrible service from the adolescent crew. Insane wait times, one more than one occasion within the same week I was asked to wait for my order to be brought to me and it took nearly 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 15 minutes for one order of fries.
The workers are very nice, but the store never has 2 things that match, and I've never driven through the drive-through and not waited, I always get pulled up even if it's just for one item
