January 3, 2025: I ordered sausage mcmuffins, hash browns, orange juice and a french vanilla iced coffee. When she handed me the iced coffee it was dark brown in color. I requested her to remake it because it didn't look like the previous french vanilla iced coffee I had gotten from this same McDonald's before. She said it was french vanilla but remade it. The coffee was still dark brown and had no vanilla taste to it. The hash browns were inedible and had been fried in old grease. The service was terrible.

Arrived at the drive-thru at 7:00 a.m. 3 minutes later, opened my sausage McMuffin to find that it was very rubbery and took great effort just to take a bite from. Tried to get the hash browns out of the little paper that they're in and they were stuck to it! They were also very rubbery and not at all crispy. Apparently everything that I ate had been sitting for at least 24 hours. Avoid Bardstown Rd & Trevilian!!!

I don't know if it's because of the neighborhood and people just don't expect much, but this is the absolute poorest run McDonald's in Louisville, I'm sure other people might feel that way about the Louisville McDonald's they had an experience with. But for me, this is the absolute worst

Walked in just to grab a Diet Coke…. The kid working the counter literally stood facing away from me on his phone with his head down for nearly 5 minutes, two people formed a line behind me and asked me if i had ordered yet and he still didnt turn around just blatantly ignoring customers were waiting. Once he turned around he literally just looked at me without saying anything so i did the same until he asked me what I would like and that took 10 seconds or staring before he said a word. This was at 7:15 Friday evening… if he were wearing a name tag i would mention his name but of course he wasnt. Take some pride in your work, kids like these are the reason your business will fail.
Used the restroom here. Didn't eat. Clean clean clean. Modern decor. Will eat next time I'm here. LoL.

Big fan of this location when I order McDs. The only thing to improve would be the drive-thru. It's good and you get what you order but almost every time no matter what I order, they tell me to pull ahead and wait or park and wait.
Other customers usually have to do the same. I'm sure it's some timer that they have to adhere to so it's not their fault. It just seems chaotic.

I had one of the best drive thru experiences ever at this location. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. I was very impressed.
