I didn’t order a sloppy burger with a side of goop, but somehow that’s what I got. Must have been a mix up and I got someone else’s order. But seriously, if you aren’t happy with your job, improve your situation so you can move on to a new job; but don’t take your frustrations out on food that I pay for.

My fish fillet sandwich was so old dried and brown that the bread was so hard you could not eat it. Went back to the restaurant ask for a refund the manager did not even acknowledge me nor greet me

If you order a big breakfast here, they just give you the egg off one of the sandwiches. Sad but kinda funny, they really don't care what they serve you. And it was cold. 😂

It was ok. No one was friendly. Took our order then went back in the back. Brought out food never said anything. Sat food down went back to the back. Never seen them again.

Today at the McDonald’s on Canerun Road, they didn’t want to give me a receipt, which has happened before. The last time, I noticed a $0.39 upcharge for a large drink I didn’t order, but today, when I questioned why my $5 value meal was $5.71 instead of $5.30, I got the same response as before—that this location has different prices because it’s a franchise.
I’m not trying to be petty, but although it’s only $0.39, imagine if 1,000 people come through each day—that’s $390 in extra charges ($0.39 x 1,000). Over a year (365 days), that adds up to $142,350. It feels like they’re trained to add extra charges and give out large drinks customers didn’t request, which just isn’t right. The $5 value meal is supposed to be affordable, and charging more without customers knowing is unfair. But hey I’m just another unsatisfied customer.

Parking: The parking lot is pretty self explanatory. Have to make sure your cautious while maneuvering for the angles of the parking spots resulting in more blind spots. However, it's not to much of a hazard as it may seem considering I've never seen or heard much about there being any accidents within the parking lot and I've worked next door for the last two years resulting in me frequently visiting their location.

A disaster, no good service from the customers. They don't bring the food to the table, they don't even call you and your food gets cold, you say to eat there and they pack it for you, the potatoes thrown inside the packaging, the smoothie is very bad. service, I don't recommend it, it's a disaster. It took them 28 minutes to prepare my fart.
