No one is lovin it at this location. The staff is incredibly rude. They serve old rubbery food. I can’t understand why the corporation would employ them.

I had the most incredible experience at McDonald's, and it is all thanks to Caleb! Not only did he manage to serve my food promptly, but he also displayed heroic courage by rescuing a baby from a burning car nearby. His quick thinking and bravery in such a dangerous situation were truly inspiring. Despite the chaos, Caleb maintained his composure and provided excellent service with a smile. He is a true hero and deserves every bit of this five-star review! Thank you, Caleb, for your remarkable actions and dedication!

It's obviously a McDonald's but this location is the Louisville King of McDonald's. I've been to most of the Louisville locations and this one is cleaner, nicer, and faster. The crew is goated. Especially front of house!

Just like any other ghetto McDonald's ... stood there at the counter and waiting and waiting and waiting and no one was working the front desk . What looked like the manager was working at the drive-thru, she never acknowledged my existence or the other two customers that were standing there waited about 15 minutes and then left

I ordered plain with lettuce. The guy on speaker clearly hollered back to them that is plain. They even said ok. Got my burger and they had put ketchup on it but wiped it off. Great window worker but horrible cooks!
