I usually travel to this one that is further from my home because they’ve always had great customer service that was not the case tonight at all the cashier was super nasty on her phone and very bothered I came threw the drive thru was not happy at all how she was being then I got to the next window an low an behold I was told to go to drive thru 2 my car was almost hit the last time I went to that area because it’s in the literal drive thru an cars block you in an everything so I said I would just park to the side in a actual parking space and the woman told me I got way to much food an I needed to go to drive thru 2 like she said like I’m some child uh uhn no she didn’t just speak to me that way nasty nasty nasty then I tried to call after I got my food and this caller is not accepting phone calls totally unacceptable guess I will have to travel even further for food because nah I can’t even!

Grabbed a breakfast burrito and a hash brown with a small black coffee. Food was delicious. Coffee was great. However, someone really needs to teach these order takers what it means when someone orders a black coffee! NO, I DON'T WANT CREAM OR SUGAR! If I did I would NOT have asked for it Black!

The only problem I have is the manager in the mornings every time I go here for breakfast and she’s her there is a problem. She’s a white lady short with blonde hair. I go this morning to order my breakfast before work. It was a line inside the dine in There was a black lady. I think she is assistant. She start taking orders upfront once she got to me she stopped and looked at the left. There was a lady standing up there White lady she was already standing up there before she started taking orders I said ma’am, I have to catch my bus for work why when you got to me you didn’t want to take my order. She said I don’t have time for this and got the manager the white lady with short blonde hair me and her had problems before she called the police army. I called the number inside the store about her. They end up giving me a voucher through the mail to get something to eat, and the lady told me that for her doing all of that, she gave her a day off to cut her hours. I told her that she said whoever told you that lie because they didn’t cut my hours and didn’t give me the day off. She said I’m bout to call the police on you again so I left and catch my bus and called the number on the board and talk to Andrea. she took my information I goes to work and wait till lunch break. Come to call to check to see. Have they done anything about this situation because I feel discriminated it was a man that picked up this time and said he is the director he said if you keep having problems there why do you keep going and he said if you go back, the police will be called. This place is horrible and they discriminate against blacks.

After she took your order she didn't say thank you.It'd be a minute or anything.What do you need she said I was about to say nothing She told everyone use a kiosk machine. Several had cash or didn't know how to do it , The worst attitude working for a restaurant.
